We went through the drive-thru tonight and paid roughly 19.00. All of the food was terrible. My French fries were very cold and stale. My baconator barely had any bacon on it. It was also barely warm. The baked potato we ordered tasted sour like it was old and had been sitting around. It was not edible. It ended up being thrown away. I really don't understand what has happened to this restaurant. It used to be good. Now it's not even sub par. It's like nobody cares. There's absolutely no quality control by anyone. No more! I'm not wasting any more money here!

Went to Wendy's Vienna on my lunch break today. I went through the drive-thru. I was back at my work area in less than 2 minutes or so. The fries were cold and oil saturated and tasted awful I couldn't eat them. The chicken nuggets tasted like they had been sitting around a while and were rubbery. I asked for ketchup for my fries and was given 1 packet. Needless to say I will no longer eat at this Wendy's again. Pathetic.

I picked up and enjoyed the Biggie Bag with the Crispy Chicken option.At any hour, the food at this Wendy's is pretty good.Parking: This parking lot is Large and is easy to enter and exit.

The worst restaurant in Vienna they have no clue when you say fresh nuggets,you always end up with the crap that has been laying there for lord knows how long,never going back they need to shut it down ,they always mess up the orders and the food is old and nasty….?
