I've been here a few times before for orzo salad. I stopped in today to pick up some items for Christmas Eve. I grabbed several freezer items Including two frozen pizzas. The hand written sticker below the pizzas said "take n bake $12". After I checked out I noticed on my receipt that the pizzas were $18 and $23. I went back up to the counter to question the price of the pizzas. The lady working the register said "I guarantee it did not say $12". I walked back to the cooler with her and showed her the sticker. She pointed out that above the words taken n bake it said fish and that sticker was for fish even though there were frozen pizzas above it. I asked to be refunded for the pizzas at that time. Another lady came up from the back to ask if everything was okay. I explained to her that the hand wtitten sticker below the pizzas said take n bake $12 so naturally, I assume it was for the pizzas. She was extremely rude and stated "there is no way they would sell that sized pizza for $12". I told her this was only my 3rd time in so I have no idea what their frozen pizzas sell for, furthermore don't hand write a price tag that is barely legible that says take n bake below the word fish and put pizzas above it. I had no issue returning the pizzas, but this lady's rude attitude is NOT OK.

Outstanding! This catering team far exceeded our expectations. We reached out to Angel a week before a business luncheon and asked for her assistance. While they are an Italian restaurant we wanted to make sure we had a mixture of vegetarian and low carb options. Wow! It was so impressive. They had the most gorgeous salad, fresh fruit and vegetables, sandwiches, a ginormous charcuterie spread, buffalo dip, chicken skewers and so much more. The presentation was fabulous too. They obviously take pride in their work and it showed because the set up looked like an artist’s palette of delicious food. I highly recommend Belmonte’s for catering.Vegetarian options: Salad, cheese platters and fresh fruit.Dietary restrictions: I asked for vegetarian and low carb options and they did that very well.

Love coming here to get a panwich they are delicious. The Italian and buffalo chicken are my favorite. They sell a lot of other pastas and sauces also - these I have not tried. My oldest son loves their pepperoni rolls. The atmosphere seems to be relaxed you're free to wander and look for yourself until you ask for assistance. The decor is quaint and leans more to contemporary Italian.Oh I forgot to mention they get fresh Mancini's bread every Thursday.

I NEVER leave reviews but Belmontes was so amazing I had to let everyone know! I got the Buffalo chicken pizza and some chicken salad to make sandwiches with and the pizza was the best pizza I have ever eaten! I worked in pizza for 10+ years so I am very picky on pizza but this pizza was so amazing! You can tell they use super fresh ingredients! And the chicken salad was also the best I have ever eaten! EVERYONE, PLEASE SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS SO WE CAN KEEP IT IN OUT TOWN FOREVER!! Now that I know how amazing it is, I am coming at least once a week and I'm getting some groceries there as well! BELMONTES IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST PLACE IN WEIRTON TO EAT!

While the pizza was tasty, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary and didn't live up to the high expectations set by the rest of the store. Additionally, I found the crust to be a bit too thick for my liking and the toppings were a bit sparse. Overall, it was an okay pizza, but not worth going out of your way for.One aspect of the store that I did enjoy was the variety of food options available. They had a wide range of Italian specialties such as pasta, cheeses, and meats. However, the pizza did not quite meet my expectations. The staff was polite, and particularly helpful in answering my questions and providing recommendations. I would recommend this store for their grocery store section and other food options, but if you're specifically looking for great pizza, you may want to try somewhere else.Parking: Lot of spaces available

First time trying this spot and had moderate expectations for their pizza being a bougie Italian spot boutique. Highly disappointed, ordered a simple pepperoni pizza, come to find its square cut, fine. Had two tiny perfectly portioned slices of pepperoni per slice, cutting costs much? The crust was chewy as hell, my jaw will be sore tomorrow! The cheese they used was rubberier than a 25 cent bouncy ball and slid off each slice like a wet blanket leaving me with a saucy bread brick.Growing up my single dad's bread boat's were better than their pizza. As much as I don't like supporting large corporations, I'll stick with dominos and pizza hut from now on.

The store has alot of varieties for everyone to pick from, great selection ? It's so nice to have an Italian store locally so we don't have to go to Steubenville or Pittsburgh when we need ? something. Great job guys!Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian opinions availableParking: Mostly levelWheelchair accessibility: Easy access

Wanted to try two different panwich types but was unable to get ones we wanted and which were on their menu. We had to order one of whatever they had thawed because we were hungry. The second one was frozen. This should be advertised on their menu. The panwiches were ok but light on the meat and heavy in the bread...

The pizza is amazing, as are the panwiches. If you’ve never had the Buffalo chicken, that’s definitely worth the try. The people that run this place know how to cook, and they know how to cook well!

We had Belmonte’s for our Super Bowl party this year and it was fantastic! There was more than enough food to go around. The salad was perfect and had a variety of veggies, came with Italian dressing. The lemon chicken was top notch! I will order this again for the next party. Panwich was good ; got 2 different flavors one was ham & cheese the other is buffalo chicken. Belmonte’s also has the best buffalo chicken pizza I’ve ever eaten and a huge variety of Italian goods in their store.
