I came through the drive-thru tonight after work. It’s been a hellish week putting in long hours and being in the midst of a move so to keep it real w you, I can not be bothered cooking rn. And I’m like a smaller, weirder Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen *twirl* so you know I like to cook, so when I can’t be bothered… I can not. Ya know? I digress. Go to my usual spot for a situation like this… kitchen is closed. What do I do? Certainly not fret. Burger King is still open a while, I’ll have it my way as the old adage says. Harriet, Keirstyn, and Shayden made sure I left with all my nuggies and zesty sauce and were just super nice. They literally made my entire night with how kind they were and I truly feel like, they were lil BK angels. Got me out here having my faith restored in humanity from a trip to Burger King.

Awful! This location SLATHERS mayonnaise on sandwiches, at least twice what other BK locations do. The orders are always wrong and take forever. With the latest debacle, I ordered 2 bacon swiss and after waiting 10 minutes, received ice cold mayonnaise sandwiches with NO bacon. Revolting! Won't answer the telephone (i wonder why) so there is nobody to complain to, or try and get a replacement meal. Three strikes in 2 years...NEVER again.

First time there. Ordered a chicken wrap, had no lettuce or tomato. Ordered unsweetened tea for drink, got a Dr. Pepper. They also forgot the onion rings. Absolutely horrible. Went inside to get the onion rings, place was disgusting. I definitely will not return.

Great place to grab a meal while traveling and you can also fill up all in the same location.Vegetarian options: Impossible burgers are normally the option my partner takesDietary restrictions: They were super helpful with my grandfather's diet restrictions. Making sure to make his food exactly to order I was very impressed with the service they provided.Parking: Open parking and lots of places so not a problemKid-friendliness: Chicken nuggets is all the kid will eatWheelchair accessibility: Was easy to get in the store and once inside was easy to maneuver around and the bathroom had space to get right into the stall.

Ordered dinner through mobile app to be picked up in the drive thru . No milkshake and the plain cheeseburger was not correct or the chicken sandwich order . I took my food back inside and the young woman at the counter was extremely rude, checked the receipt and gave me two more burgers , wrong and I again asked for plain cheeseburgers and when I got the new ones I went to take the wrong ones out and put the others in the other bag and used the counter to switch them to which the manager ( a taller man ) yelled at me for throwing burgers, Sir I am just trying to feed my autistic son and aggression is the last thing I wanted . I left the burgers and said thank you as I walked away. Horrible service and my food was cold anyways by the time I got the correct burgers . Did I mention we didn't get our milkshake and instead they offered a frozen coke and then said oops the coke is defrost is cherry ok , I asked for a refund and was told they could not because we already paid . shame on you and be kind you don't know what others are dealing with .

Flame broiled and add Swiss to the Whopper. Pretty good. Again fast food.
Cashier could have said hi/hello, something. The food was cold, but I was really hungry, so I ate it regardless. At least, the restaurant was clean.

Always get things wrong placed order online and they got it wrong 1st the ice cream machine was not working as usual and they forgot some of our food we had called corporate to talk to Mia 8x and still no phone call back this is rediculas so we get get a refund because they cant do it at the store because it is an online order so you have to call corporate in Morgantown and they dont answer the phone just voice mail they goes unanswered so they just get to steal your money when they get things wrong or are out of something also they use the wrong buns for there chicken sandwichs

Sausage biscuit was tough and kinda hard. At least I got hot hash browns. For a 10 minute wait it wasn't that good.
