“Visitor to this area and just spun the random restaurant wheel. Came up good! The pork had just a slight amount of gristle but nothing too awful. The beef and broccoli was amazing (most tender beef I have had at any Chinese restaurant). Sauces and rice were very good. I often get BBQ ribs at any Chinese restaurant as I love the sauce they use on them, but they usually come on-the-bone. Not at Hong Kong. Already cut and boneless and served in a bowl of said sauce! Best Chinese BBQ ribs ever!!!!“
