Placed an order online and pre-paid for it went to the drive-through sat there for 30 minutes said they ran out of chicken. I had to wait 30 minutes later had to flag someone down. No one came back. They told me they were completely out of food. This is at 8 PM. They do not close till 11 did not refund my money.
Omg, I'm so furious! This place can't get their act together. Open until 10, intentionally got there at 8:30 in hopes of getting an order and this time half their offerings are gone again. This is the 9th time out of at least half the ingredients. They probably have the stuff but this location has horrendous employees and is lazy so they won't even bother making more food. 5 out of 6 visits they were without items. Almost never fajita veggies, no steak, 9 pieces of dried up chicken. There seems to be no management. Granddaughter ordered a burrito and it got folded into some kind of poorly folded blob. Such a shame.
