Hands down the worst KFC I personally have ever been to. The food quality I would say is poor to terrible. Freeze burn dry, stringy chicken, and biscuits so hard you could play hockey with them. The inside of the restaurant is filthy. Dirty bathrooms, the floors in the dining area are always sticky, and the tables are never clean. My family has given them several chances over the last 10 years, but our last visit will remain just that! While we stood there looking at the menu with our kids, the girl behind the register recommended that we not feed our children there as the entire restaurant was disgusting, and she would never eat anything made in that kitchen. Honestly, you can get better fried chicken from a gas station less than 2 miles in either direction!

Last time I went throught they told me they were out of chicken at 6pm. This time, they had me pull over and wait for my food for 30 min. And got my order wrong anyway. Missed an appointment because of it. They're very slow and disorganized.

Wife just got food from here got the 20 dollar box. There was not alot of fries and the chicken was soggy even the Krispy skin was not Krispy. It was nasty unsatisfied.

Ordered 2 for $5 bbq chicken wrap and it's been the second time the chicken is so dry you have to rip through it. They obviously realized it bc they drown it in mayo to try making up for it- there was more mayo than bbq.

Ordered a #7. Which is 5 pc tender and 2 sides I choose Mac a cheese and cole slaw,with a raspberry brisk tea. Service was ok. Got my food and I couldn’t believe I just spent $14 something almost $15 for this meal the tenders were as thin as paper and my Mac and cheese was cold. I could’ve got Chipotle for less and I would have got more! This place is sad. DONT GO HERE.

This is for takeout/drive thru. Ordered a family bucket when I was in town. If you want all white meat it is a $1.25 upcharge per chicken breast. That is not advertised anywhere. The service could be a bit faster but it is a small location.
This is the second time in a few months I have gotten the wrong order. Today I ordered a 3pc big box all white extra crispy, mashed potato,Mac n cheese, dr pepper, wrap.combo, sweet tea and famous bowl with a Mt dew. Paid 30 some dollars, get to the window the girl only hands me 2 drimk then I repeat my order at the window, she hands me the other drink. I get home don't know what I paid for no receipt, no napkins and no utensils.I got unsweetened tea,no famous bowl , got lemonade instead of Mt dew. Gtanted i was going home but if i wasnt how would i have eaten it with my fingers. I managed a fast food restaurant for.20 yrs and this restaurant needs to have all its employees retained .

This has got to be the worst run KFC in the area or maybe the US. Rude, food is ok at best but sometimes awful, order is always wrong and when I called to talk to management (no…not a Karen…just tired of wrong food and disappointment) the girl who took my order told me she was the manager and put me on hold. I gave up after just over 10 minutes listening to them chatting in the background! Don’t waste your time here…there are other KFCs around!

Truth Hurts
I'm truly dissapionted at the quality of my food. I looked forward to kfc all week. Biscuits taste like flour and was not cooked all the way. They was very small. The chicken was super greasy and wasnt extra crispy. The slaw was good. Gravy was good. It just seem like seasoning is missing on some of the food. Mash tators was bland, no butter or salt. I asked for butter hardly got any for the 16 piece family meal. I gave 3 stars because employees are very nice. I came to write this review and saw all the bad reviews and I actually feel bad for them. Someone needs to teach them how to cook and that they can't pull the food out early. It could make somone sick and the food just doesnt get its full potential. Must keep in mind that the customer pays your wage so u must satify them with good food that they came for! I think people forget that.
