I went for a specific drink. The girls were awesome but they didn't have any of the ingredients for my drink and didn't find out until she took my payment and started to make it. Very disappointing!!

I haven't been at Starbucks for awhile and I'm glad I went I got the carmal crunch and it was amazing very very good wish I could send a picture will definitely be back but this time I'm going for the strawberry one. The ladies that were there today at or around 1:30 on February 1st we so friendly and helpful wish I could of gotten their names so I can give them the credit today. ?

Stopped on my way through town tonight and had Autumn make my drinks. She was awesome and pleasant!! I really can't say enough nice things about her. I had to wait as she was in the back stocking and she was so apologetic. I didn't mind waiting; she left a note. Pleasant and kind throughout the whole interaction! Thank you Autumn!!

Had to remake one drink, and the 2nd drink..., didn't ask hot or cold. On a 30 degree day, we're drinking cold coffee . Have time and patience for remakes.

I would avoid this place if you're looking for a pleasant experience. I go here from time to time to get my fiance coffee, and every single time some older lady has an attitude for absolutely no reason. 0 people skills, 0 communication skills, and is always rude with an attitude. Today makes my 6th time going here and the 6th time she's been rude and had an attitude for whatever reason.

The website allows you to place an order when they are closed. Then they refuse to give you the money back for the ghost drinks you never received because they were closed. Never going back again because you never know when they are actually open.

Ordered a trenta sweetened passiontea lemonade and a venti Frappuccino... got a tall Frappuccino and an unsweetened passiontea lemonade... two older ladies working were cussing about previous customers the whole time
