It’s Taco Bell so I don’t feel I could ever rate terribly. With that said my last visit wasn’t the best to say the least. Like how do I forget cheese on half my tacos ?♀️ I don’t think any normal person eats tacos without cheese and not having just ruins the whole experience. I’m hungry and not worth the gas to go back and ask for it to be remade so I guess I will eat my cheeseless tacos so that my kids can have the ones they did put it on ?♀️

Gets food wrong every time, and it's simple stuff, so you know it's a lack of listening or caring. Then, when you call to tell them they messed up, you never get through due to the busy phone line, so I can only assume everyone is calling due to orders being wrong. By the end of it, you give up cause you're busy and just dont get your order fixed or replaced at all.

I’ve had a few bad experiences at this specific Taco Bell but this one was definitely the worst. I ordered on the mobile app like I normally do and everything was fine when I went to pick it up. When I got home and unwrapped my grilled cheese burrito I noticed a long dark hair baked into the cheese on top. It went almost the entire length of the burrito. I went back to the restaurant to show them what was wrong with it and when the manager came out for me to talk to the managers fingernails were brown and filthy. How can you expect to keep your staffs hands clean if the manager isn’t properly washing their hands? On top of that they didn’t really seem to care when I showed them the hair that was on my food. They acted like they couldn’t see it even after shining a flashlight on it and then just offered to remake it or refund me. No apology or anything. It is insulting to have a manager so easily shrug off and ignore something blatantly disgusting happening in your restaurant. I can’t imagine how many times I’ve eaten here and had someone’s dirty hands touched my food or have had a hair in it that I couldn’t see. I will never be coming back to this location.

Solar for 2 days in a row. I went here to get lunch both times, and they got the sauce wrong. Not only that, they do not treat you like you matter. Only another face to deal with till pay day. Don't not support this business. They are in it only for themselves, not the reason they have a job.
You know what Taco Bell is, so if you're fixing for tacos it'll do you but the service wasn't the greatest it was average but you can't expect much from teenage kids in the atmosphere was just sort of downtrodden like there's no music playing it was a holiday season and everybody from patrons to employees just seemed annoyed to there
