We tried this restaurant on a Friday night, a little confusion that the restaurant is in the hotel. Friendly fast service. It was delicious. Wedding soup, cheese bread, salads with spectacular ranch dressing. Many specials including a three pasta dish with your choice of sauce I went with Alfredo. After telling Carly our waitress it was our first time she took the time to tell us about the establishment, the up coming weeks specials including the prices, and was a great server.10 year old approved 5 star.We will be back.

We have eaten here several times in a group setting for club functions. The banquet room is large and carpeted and includes a smooth floor are for dancing when needed. They provide a lectern an audio system for our use and video projection is available. The room has recently been upgraded and would function well for receptions and parties. The staff is generally friendly, and they respond to requests. The buffet style food has been good and is always plentiful, well prepared and hot. The pricing has been consistent and fair. I can't comment on the full-service side of the restaurant as we haven't eaten there for a while. Parking is easy and there are plenty of handicap spaces near the entrance.

10-26-2023. My lovely bride, Betty, and I dined at Undo's in Weirton, West Virginia this evening. Betty had Ravioli and Meatballs, and I had Sausage, Pepper, and Cheese Stromboli. My Stromboli was fantastic. It was served hot with a marinara sauce. The cheese bread was awesome, as was the garlic butter that came with the bread. I noticed another reviewer stated that Undo's food was fake. I doubt it. The food was great, some of the best in the area, and the service was awesome. Kayla took excellent care of Betty and me. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us several times. In Myrtle Beach, where we live, there are over 1,500 restaurants to choose from, and we eat at only ten or so. If we had an Undo's down at the beach, it would be included in our favorite Italian places, just like Angelo's is down there. I recommend Kayla and the Weirton Undo's to family and friends.

Stopped for first time. Living in Pittsburgh it was nice to get down here and actually get nice portions of GOOD food for a fair price. We really enjoyed it. Kind of a different set up because it’s inside the holiday inn but easy to find from main hotel entrance. Instead of plain bread and butter then give you complimentary fresh baked cheese breadsticks! Definitely will be back.

I stayed at the hotel and ordered on 2 different occasions. Both were fake. No homemade anything. First I ordered the pasta with meat sauce. Which is bolognese sauce. Very easy to make and less expensive than buying it but they chose to buy it. The second time I ordered a pound of wings and a side of pasta Alfredo. For some reason I couldn't split the 20 boneless wings into 2 flavors. I'm mean throw 10 in one bowl and 10 in another, mix them up and you have a happy customer. But nooo! I had a pound of wings with more salt then a human intakes in a week. Then there's the Alfredo. Alfredo is butter, cream, garlic and cheese. Infinitely better and half the price of a jar. Yet they chose the jar. So if your looking for high priced mediocre, then this is your place.

The New York Strip Steak was the best steak I have had in a very long time. It was better than Outback Steakhouse. It cut like butter. So very tasty!!!
