Utterly disappointing when it’s been multiple times i’ve visited this Wendys location, and got terrible service. Recently over the last year, this location has been making customers pull up and wait for long periods of time just to receive cold food. Management or something needs to get ahead of this.

The girl handed me half my order through the window and said that was it. I told her I was missing items and she rudely said that was my complete order and shut the window. I go in and she still insists I'm wrong then won't look at my receipt as I'm showing both combo meals I'm missing. Even after she had me repeat what I was missing 5 separate times, my missing items were still wrong. My "plain" spicy chicken sandwich wasn't plain nor cooked properly. When you screw up that bad, at least be polite about it. Guess a simple sorry for the inconvenience was too much to ask. I made sure to be respectful and polite myself. Thankfully an older gentleman was there to chat with while they messed up the missing items. He let me know I wasn't crazy for thinking how rude they were. Health department may want to check this place out.

Got a salad for lunch that I had to immediately throw away. What a waste of money. Apples were hard and dry, chicken was so hard it was inedible, blue cheese was watery and old, and the lettuce tasted like chemicals. On top of that, they forgot my dressing. Will never go back to this location. I'd give them negative stars if I could.

I seriously wish i could give this establishment 0 stars. EVERY TIME i come here to order they seem to not have anything i’m looking for. I ordered a ceasar chicken salad today “sorry we dont have wraps for salads” I go to order chilli, it is 4 hours to close and they dont have chilli? every time i order the taco salad, sorry we dont have anything to make the taco salad. The food is either cold or fried in weeks old fryer grease. As a restaurant manager myself, I can pick up on when somethings overcooked, has sat in a window for so long to die, and when the fryer grease has not been changed in god knows how long. These seem to be reoccurring themes for this place.When i order at the drive thru i always am sent to wait at a waiting sign even when there are no cars ahead or behind me or already waiting. I go to leave the window tonight and here comes who i presume is the manager (she has a different colored wendys shirt on than everyone else) and the employee who took my order walking outside and begin to make out right in front of me? Is there not a rule against fraternizing in this establishment? Even if not, there should definitely still be a level of professionalism held within your work place. I am absolutely displeased with EVERY chance i have given this Wendys snd will not be returning.
