“We have been coming here for years every time we come to ride the rock house. They have tons of parking and it's perfect for trailers cause you can pull all the way around! The ladies here are amazing! We always go in for breakfast and I think the world of this place! They always treat us like family and it's the little mom and pop places we love! Food is always fresh and quick! I love to talk to the locals and the vibe is always so chill. I can't speak for anything but breakfast because we never make it back for lunch on the trails but I eat there every morning of our trip and it's something I look forward to every time! We come all the way from Broadway NC and it's a long trip but so worth it! We have met some amazing people in this town! Can't wait to come back!”

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE and DELICIOUS FOOD. We ate here this evening wanting to try out a local place and we were not disappointed. It was absolutely amazing! Reasonable prices and the best customer service I've ever had. The employees were always smiling and friendly. They continued to check on us and we never had empty drinks or chips. Speaking of chips: FRESH and HOT. I've eaten at more Tex-Mex restaurants than I can count. Best chips and homemade salsa hands down. They were so understanding with our 4 year old autistic daughter. Even tried to get her to try some different foods. You really need to stop going to the overpriced and substandard place up by Walmart. El Torito's is the only place we will go from now on.”

“This was my first visit to the Colonial Room Restaurant. We got there about 8;45 am and wondered if it was open because it looked dark inside, but it was. The place was devoid of customers, except for one other couple, the whole time we were there.The atmosphere was peaceful. The decor reminded me of Cracker Barrel and was interesting to look at. There is plenty of seating, and a gift shop with necessities for travelers (it's by a motel), Hatfield and McCoy Trail T-shirts, a large variety of scented candle wax, purses and other souvenirs and gift items.The three ladies working were friendly and helpful and the rest rooms (men's, anyway) was clean.I got a bacon and sausage omelet with potatoes and toast. They didn't have wheat bread, so I had to get white toast. The omelet was very good and cooked well. The potatoes were ok, but could have been seasoned to be better. The coffee was good and kept flowing!Parking: Plenty of parking in the lot shared by the motel.”

“Excellent experience! First time here and would definitely return! Got the freshly made original pork rinds and out on some Frank's red hot and it was perfect! We don't have this in NJ. Wings weren't crispy like I asked but the mild sauce is to die for! Staff was short but still attentive. Highly recommend.”

“This is the best true authentic italian food that I've had since my nana went home to Jesus.I recommend this is worth the drive from South Charleston. We enjoyed it so much I can't wait to try your egg plant parm. The service was phenomenal Kayleigh, I believe her name was incredible. She asked if it was our first time there and recommended wonderful selections. My husband had the chicken parm, my son had the fettuccine alfredo with the breaded chicken, my dil had the tortellini with chicken and I had the sampler with 3 different dishes ( can't spell the the name) but it was really delicious. Homemade fresh rolls with marinara sauce and oil with herbs. I chose a salad with mine it was fresh and the house italian dressing was very pleasant. We had tea and soda to drink. We were so full that there was no room for dessert. The food portion was very nice well worth the money, so reasonably priced that food was less than $100(no tip)wtip $120. We came away full and satisfied. Thank you. I will be back when I can be. Worth the drive for such authentic true italian. OG has nothing on this family owned and established since 1928 in Logan, Wv. Next time I will do pictures of food.?❤️?Parking: It was off main drag in town. The only issues was we parked in front due to husband being disabled. Getting out was alittle difficult cause of backing into traffic. But it was and is manageable.”

“Overall good experience.I had the cabbage rolls but they tasted kind of bland- definitely had worse before from other places but expected a bit better from this establishment. Maybe my expectations were set to high. They also forgot the rolls to the cabbage roll special I had ordered which i hadnt even noticed until we had left so no big deal.Table was a bit dirty when we sat down and the floors didn't seem very clean but it was also around Easter time when we went and I get that being busy puts cleaning on the back burner when you're trying to get food out the the customers as quickly as possible. The lady who waited on us took note that our daughters food looked burnt so she had them remake it without us even having to ask which I thought was awesome.Over all- Customer service was good, food was decent, prices were good, good experience.Took off stars because the cabbage rolls didn't taste as expected, food was forgotten, and the table was a bit dirty when we sat down as well as the floors.Would definitely still come back or order to go/curbside and try other menu items if given the opportunity!Kid-friendliness: Definitely a family friendly atmosphere with some good picks on the kids menu.”
