I know there’s a running joke about Taco Bell food not being evenly made—e.g. more beans on one side of your burrito than the other—but it’s been especially bad the two times I’ve been here for a quick bite. Today, my Stacker was almost entirely cold cheese till I got to the bottom half.

I was at the Westover location around 4 o’clock November 5. Stood at the register for about 15 minutes then ask if I can order at the register and pay cash. The girl said yes but you’re gonna have to wait with a real nasty attitude. I apologized and said never mind and went to McDonald’s.. i’m a business owner myself, and those are the kind of people I fire. And we wonder why foreigners are taking over all the jobs because they work hard and are pleasant. zero stars.

Went here on Black Friday 2023 at about 6:30. My mummy got a steak bowl and declared it to be the most well prepared one she's ever had, super hot, good size pieces of/ amount of steak, and no overcompensating with the beans. This surprises me as we have been to many a taco bell with much higher ratings than this one. I got a black bean dlt and it's as good as it gets and so were the nachos. I will say that my daddy ordered two soft tacos regular but was given two made supreme style, but that's ok since we didn't correct at the order screen.

Beef was hotdogs sauce from a can and was nasty!!! Fries were hard as a rock!!! And the cinnamon bun bites where fired too long really dark and very hard unable to eat!! Do not recommend this Taco Bell for anything but Napkins!

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Staff behind the counter refused to acknowledge customers existence. The only way to get anything was by ordering at the screen. The guy next to me asked 3 times for something and was blatantly ignored.
