Food came out good and the lady that brought it to the table was friendly. The biggest issue, is the play area. It has an awful odor as if it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. ? it's a shame... we drove out of our way to let our kids play here and I almost had to hold my nose the entire time. I can only imagine how many germs are on the play equipment. Needs a GOOD wipe down and some disinfectant.

Nice building but laughably horrible service. Fries were soggy with more salt than what's in the dead sea. Messed order up. Could tell the burgers were in the bin way too long. Almost impossible to be terrible with McDonald's set up but this group somehow accomplished it. Worst McDonald's I've ever been to hands down

Both my son and I recently had contracted what we think was food poisoning. The chicken sandwich he recieved was about the size of a 50 cent piece was all the extras tomatoes and such on the side of the bun. Thier hot chocolate machine was down for a minute. After about 15 minutes we had to go in and ask for it as they had us in a parking spot and forgot about it. Service that particular day was horrible and has been declining for quite some time.

Review from 2/13/2024:Drove thru here for a quick pick-up. We ordered 2 McDoubles with no ketchup, a basket of fries with 20 nuggets, 2 large drinks, and number 7 combo without mustard and onions. We received 2 McDoubles with only Ketchup and 2 cheeseburgers with only mustard and onions. Quite literally the exact opposite of what we ordered. They were wrapped in the labeled papers with special instructions. I waited in the outside drive thru line for about 7 minutes while they took 3 cars in the inside line even with periods without anyone in that line. I finally yelled to a man sweeping to see if it was broken. He couldn't hear me. After 30 seconds or so, I got are you using your mobile app. I placed the order. At the cashier window, she spoke not a word, grabbed my card, and shut the window. Luckily she gave me a receipt so I could verify it was indeed my order. Next window, again no greeting. I requested a cup carrier and she was visibly annoyed. I got the drinks and was told to move to the next window. No please, thank you, nothing. Next window was a bit of wait, but I at least got a thanks. Food was cold and messily wrapped. Crummy experience.Review from 4 years ago: I'm not sure what has changed here, but they need to figure it out. Almost two weeks ago, I went through the drive thru. It took 25 minutes from ordering until the last window. They had our order correct on the paper, but not in our bag. I had to go inside and get it remedied. Today I took my children inside and we ordered 3 ice cream cones and a small shake. It took 22 minutes from paying to delivery of the cones. There were tons of people standing around waiting for their food, as well. A customer waited almost 10 minutes to get a small fry that they shorted her. The efficiency there and attitudes of the employees have taken a downward spiral. I don't want apologies, I'd like whatever changed corrected. They used to be one of the quickest places around.

I loved loved loved how clean their playground was and how they have an a big party area Uptop for the playground , the entire restaurant was clean and the customer service was decent. I do recommend going. The food tasted better then most McDonalds. IKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and even had wipes in the play area for the parents to use several trash cans and they have a shoe holder for the kids shoes so they don't attract mud or dirt everywhere.

I worked for this McDonald’s for 8 years. The owners are some of the best store operators I know and have given opportunities to multiple people low and high class. Very fair with wages and supply the community with great service, friendly atmosphere, and also donate to local foundations. If searching for a first job for your young individual these stores would be a great start!

It was New Year’s Eve and I was craving a bite. I saw a man in the window with three large drinks. I assumed the place was open, so I pulled in line. I waited in line for a about 15 minutes before I decided to pull around and take things into my own hands. As I was pulling around I found the restaurant to be completely empty. I even checked the times on the site and it said they were open. A whole line formed and I and others were left devastated , embarrassed, angry, and hungry. Since McDonald’s could not meet my needs or standards, I went next door to Wendy’s. I was satisfied to say the least. I ate that meal up and I would do it again. I do not recommend going here at all, if you want a good meal, go to Wendy’s. If I could give zero stars I would. You lost a valued customer.
