Service, food, and clientele were all extremely pleasant, but regretfully the smoking lounge emits an odor that overpowers everything, even with the bakery section being right next to it.P.s. posted hours are wrong. They are open until 11.
Food and service were great. We had visited Oglebay to see the lights and were starved after sitting in traffic for a LONG time. We were so excited to find a Perkins and we were NOT disappointed.

We had a lovely lunch out with the girls. The food was delicious. However, when I went to use the ladies room behaved the bakery… I walked through a wall of smoke! All those baked goods have smoke all over them!! I planned to buy something but I quickly changed myMind. I live w COPD & asthma. I’m an x smoker and I have the problems I have because I once smoked.
