Worse customer service I have ever received!! I didn’t order at the touch screen because it was pouring down rain and never used one before so I just drove up hoping to just order at window! Lobby said open till 9 but it was815 and was closed! As I pulled up a woman opened the window and said you’re lucky I came to the window because anyone else would have slammed the window in your face! I said really??? Explained to her why I drove up and asked if I could just place my order! She just stared at me I said there is someone behind me! She said ok but next time use the screen! I ordered a steak sub she rolled her eyes and said I hope you don’t want a foot long I only have enough for a 6 inch!! I ordered something else!! I can’t believe how rude she was I will never go back!!!

This is an odd Subway. Its ok and all, but everything about this place is about the minimum of everything. It seems that a lot of the rules that other Subway restaurants have to follow are not followed at this Subway. I still eat here, but the Woodsdale Subway is in a while different class.

Find another Subway.This one is sure to send you out with a cold toasted sub, it is possible!Ordered thru the app, only to have to go back and have my bacon and cheese added to my bacon, egg and cheese.Always a bad experience in this subway, probably since 2006.

Elm Grove Subway is always friendly and. Nice. This was a work order so it was a big order. We tried the Walmart subway and they refused us and were rude which is how they always are. I state call this subway due to their always being friendly and well take big order.

New Perception Handyman Services

Tried to use drive thru. Not all items were avaliable on touch screen. Pushed button for help and was told to use touch screen. Would have left and went somewhere else but person with me wanted sub. So i went inside.

They lie about the closing time says 10 and we came at 910 and they had the doors locked tried to use kiosk and it wasn't working

The gentleman that waited on me was super nice and made sure I was happy with my food. You normally don't get that anymore when ordering subs.Parking: Maybe 12 spots

completely disappointed that you chose to go to a kiosk in your drive thru at this location. If I wanted to use a computer I would have used the app. It is faster to have someone take the order than it is having to go through page after page to place an order for one sandwich. It used to be I could tell you my toppings, the kiosk popped up with toppings and wouldn't let me take them off OR select them. Not good... not good at all. I ended up just leaving the drive thru because of all the stupid button pushing. Do better.

I spent over 35 dollars for subs that were gummy and not toasted.Very little meat and 1 was for my husband in a nursing home who wanted something besides nursing home food!!What a shame!!I want coupons for free subs for waiting my money on Saturday!!!

Terrible service! The employee was unpleasant to my daughter while she ordered. Then my wife ordered extra cheese and asked the employee to put the cheese on both sides of the bread, a simple request. The employee huffed "we don't do that here! It takes too long!" We were the only people in the place. This attitude continued, while the other employee just laughed. Finally, the employee got into an argument about what size drink my wife ordered. Maybe other Subways have better service, but we won't bother finding out with better options like Quiznos or Elm Grove Subs.

Words cannot describe how awful this restaurant is. The bread is ALWAYS hard, sandwich sloppy and missing toppings. And each time you drive past there every single employee is outside smoking. Shocker. Will never eat there again after complaining and the "manager" telling me I was wrong. Disgusting food.

The lady that works there actually yelled at another customer for running their lips about my kids being too loud. They are best thereKid-friendliness: The lady's didnt care if my kids ran around since we were the only ones there at the time
