First time to a Firehouse Subs. Not impressed. I ordered a large turkey sub to go. When I got to the hotel room it was missing half of the ingredients that I had asked for. Even though I asked for a small amount of mayonnaise to be put on the sub but they did the exact opposite to the point that it made the bread soggy. Guess I should’ve checked the sub before I left the restaurant. Then there’s the price - $15 for a large sub? Maybe if it was made correctly it might be worth it but as it was, I had to throw most of it away. Additionally, the staff were anything but friendly or helpful.

I ordered a grilled chicken salad add steak. I paid extra to add the steak but when I got home I had no chicken on my salad. The salad was good but missing the chicken. Need to pay more attention to orders placed online.

It was not good!The sandwiches were cold and soggy then on my club I only got one half peice of bacon.On the third sub for my son, the "caramelized onions" were disgustingly soupy.The employees just didn't seem to care at all about their job performance at all.So sad because I have been to many of their locations across many states and always loved it but I can't even eat this stuff.

Argued with the dasher that my child didnt get a drink with his kids meal when it vlearly states on the receipt "kids drink". All of these fast food places have less than desirable service these days.

Went into resturaunt at 8:30. They said you can only get cold subs, we close at 8:45. The hours on the door stated open until 9:00. A customer coming out said "I guess they make their own hours. A couple pulled up and I said "they close at 8:45. The checked with the staff that stated "we close in 15 mins. Went down to Subway, 2 people in front of us and 8 customers behind. You lost money and customers. Shame on your staff

Longtime patron but have noticed that the sandwiches are more miss than hit lately. Tonight I ordered a medium ham. Received no pickle and very little meat compared to the usual amount. Will probably not be back for awhile. For almost $9.40 I expect more.
