So I’m told this is the best Italian food in PArkersburg, this area , Boaz, Vienna, well, I lost track of time, walk in at 825pm!Yes, late dinner, so Jensen welcomed me, I told him I know it’s late, what are your hours? He said you’re fine, we are open until 9. I go, are you sure? He said yes. So I get seated by him, Macey is my waitress, asked me all the right questions and I got the salad, water, chicken parm/lunch size because of the time, etc. ? WOW!!!The salad was cold, blue cheese dressing was so good I could just eat that and be happy. The pickles are sweet and I was pleased, because you normally won’t see that on a side salad. That was 5 stars alone! The food was HOT, delicious and the chicken parm beats Olive Garden HANDS DOWN! Dinner size is two chicken breasts and two pieces of garlic bread, get the cheese melted on it!!!Very filling, ordered apple pie to go with my coffee. If I could give MORE THAN 5 stars I should, VERY DESERVING!!! Get over here y’all ??????????? ***Came back the next night and at a more reasonable feeding time, 645pm, parking in back was quite full, but found out this place is huge! Carli/Host and Kayla/ Waitress were literally clones of Jensen and Macey. Tried the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken, shrimp and mushrooms, Kayla allowed me to, very nice of her and she is talkative and pleasant and has the same due date July 2, her, July 3 mine, as my third grandchild: girls too!!!! French onion soup is the best!! I’ll get the bowl next time. Not salty and PLENTY OF CHEESE!!! The Caesar salad was so good, let me have blue cheese dressing on the side too. Seriously, this place offers a wonderful dining experience and the decor is just fine so don’t lower your stars because of it. Service and food are what count and this place EXCEEDS 5 STARS ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If you’re across the River, get over here!!!!! Thanks Davinci Trina, GM and Chris, Owner! came by to talk and are congenial and recognized me because of the reviews. Deservingly so, keep feeding the people, you’re a TOP 5 restaurant experience in the MidOhioValley and for sure the TriState area!!! Carli was my server and was spectacular like everyone else here. Mona Lisa was my choice and if you’re ever cold , just the heat em from the bowl is actually pretty scary, just kidding ?Atmosphere and service are 5 star here and you just have to keep coming here! Next meal will be the German Pizza!!! Bon appetit ??

Since the service was fine and I found the retro dining room kind of cool, this one star rating is entirely about the food and it absolutely was bad enough to make this a one star dining experience. The house salad that comes with dinner had the saddest, most pale iceberg lettuce you could imagine. It was just a plate of colorless, crunchy nothing except...it came with pickle slices...on a side salad. I should be more grateful since it was easily the most flavorful thing on it. We ordered the spinach and artichoke wontons and, if the spinach and artichoke dip in the wontons had any flavor whatsoever, this would be been a great little appetizer and not needed a side of ranch dressing since they were crisp and even looked inviting. Oh, then the entrees came. First, our garlic bread was surely just a frozen, reheated/toasted loaf that was sliced with margarine and shakes of garlic salt. It was essentially salt toast. Her fettuccine alfredo looked like the pasta had been sitting somewhere long enough for the ends of the noodles to start drying out. The sauce itself tasted like thick, warm milk. Actual parmesan cheese has never even been in the same room as whatever this sauce was supposed to be. I had whatever the spaghetti with their "famous sauce" and cheese baked over the top was called with added meatballs. The famous sauce had a slight smell and flavor of Wendy's chili. Now for the meatballs. The texture of them wasn't far off from how you'd imagine canned dog food, just weird mush. I'm not sure how you even accomplish this with meat. As for the taste. The dog food texture makes more sense because there was a weird flavor that I can only say was reminiscent of how doggy doo smells. All this was slathered over slightly mushy angel hair pasta.Last part is just a funny anecdote. I don't really care since I'm not that bashful, but if privacy is important to you when going number one, the men's room door doesn't lock, so if someone opens the door while you're doing your business, which happened to me, the door opens to what looks to be a busy traffic area of the restaurant with a pretty generous rear view of you posted up to the urinal.

We loved having access to good delivery from this establishment. We used to order once a week at $75 an order. They stopped offering deliveries after 3pm. They previously told us as long as the delivery was in by 3. Now that, too, has changed. Guess we'll be shifting our support elsewhere.Edit: we were told previously that as long as we order BY 3 it would be accepted. Yes, it is clearly posted that deliveries are accepted until 3. Yes, 2:50 is before 3. If that is not available, maybe put 2:15 as your new time. Or get on GrubHub, otherwise, you've lost our business. Which may, or may not matter, but check our purchase history before you changed your delivery service. We were weekly regulars.

I normally don’t write bad reviews about sit down restaurants however our experience was just genuinely not good. Went in 2/15/24 at around 3pm. There was a wait which is fine. We were eventually sat and our server got our drinks and then got our food order and returned with our salads. He then brought our food and didn’t return until we were done eating…I had the Alfredo with mushrooms which was just bland it didn’t taste like anything. My dad had calamari which he said was oily but good. The issue is my son’s burger was undercooked which once the server returned I let him know and he offered to have it remade but we declined since we were all done eating. He said he would have it taken off the bill and we thanked him. He later returned and let us know that he was very sorry but his manager had refused to take it off the bill. As a restaurant manager myself and having spent 7+ yrs in the industry I found that ridiculous. Considering I had cut open the burger noticed it was raw in the middle and left it untouched. Had the burger been eaten I’d understand but my son didn’t take a single bite out of it. We paid our $70 bill tipped and left no one ever came to talk to us or offer to box up another burger. Overall the food is barely okay the service is fine though a bit slow but the management should do better in dealing with situations like this.

It was busy because it was Valentine's Day. But we sat at a table in the bar section. It was a nice area and the food was good.

This restaurant has some great food! However, the staff on this particular evening must have been on vacation. We had a party of eleven (11) that night, some of whom we hadn't seen in ages. After placing our orders, we naturally started to reminisce and catch up on past events. Before we knew it, it had been two (2) hours and our food was nowhere in sight. Unfortunately, some of us had to leave (myself included) with no meal whatsoever. Needless to say, I can't see going back there in the foreseeable future. Shame really, because their food (when served) is very good!

Or food, service and atmosphere was wonderful this evening. We are close to the show we are attending in Marietta, so the location was perfect for us!

When we first entered the restaurant, immediately the ambience and atmosphere made us feel welcome. There were two hosts at the front desk, greeting us with warm and friendly smiles. We were seated and given menus. I'm not one to name drop, but I will mention that the service from our waitress was less than exceptional, however, forgivable. We had to ask for silverware, and then another employee ended up bringing the sets, even making a comment acknowledging the lack of attention to our table. I should have gotten his name. He made us feel a bit better about the service. I won't harp too much more on the waitress, maybe just a bad night. The food was exceptional, not super gourmet or home-run quality, but it was decently prepared and served hot. The spaghetti was a little sour for my taste, but thats a matter of personal preference The four stars take into account the overall welcoming atmosphere and the service of the waitress. The food was hot and served fresh. Just because I didn't like the taste doesn't mean you won't!

1/26/2024: Dined in this restaurant this evening, our waitress being Lindsay G. Her hair was in a ponytail with bubble braids and I just want to say it was the WORST. experience I have ever had at Da Vinci's restaurant. She was extremely rude when talking to my party and frequently she would check on other parties sitting right beside of us and completely ignore us. She would check on their tables as we sat with empty glasses, no napkins, incorrect food, and dirty silverware. Lindsay completely ruined my birthday dinner with her rudeness and inability to be a decent person or waitress.

I guess we just picked the wrong time to visit. It took about 30 min to get to the table which we were told. It then took another 10 min to get our drinks. The wonton appetizer was just warm, the pizza app was warmer. Both were very tasty. The Mona Lisa spaghetti was delicious as was the Pork bbq with Cole slaw and homemade Mac & cheese. No room for dessert
