This is a very good Wendy's for easy parking and friendly staff. Unlike McDonald's, you can fill and refill your drinks yourself. The only downside for dining in is that the A/C is set too cold, and a vent blows on every table and detracts from your dining experience.

They served me inedible Son of Baconator with both parties dark black and hard as rocks and bacon that was also black and looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich was also inedible.They didn't give me a receipt at the window, so I can't even get my money back. I'm never returning. This has been the worst drive-thru experience of my life.

Lawrence took my order. He was very polite and professional. After awhile, he came out to the dining area. He spoke to me and asked if I was doing okay. We spoke for a minute or two. Just that little bit of interaction made my day. I could just tell he was a polite young man and had a bubbly personality. He made my day!

It's been quite awhile since I had such a friendly encounter with chain restaurant staff. This location did a great job - from the friendly, and cheerful greeting to the pickup of food from the drive-thru window, everyone was pleasant, upbeat, and courteous. The food was fresh and hot, not overly cooked, and everything was neatly bagged. No fries spilled or leaking cups. 10 out of 10. ?

Hadn't had Wendy's in a few years and now I know why. It was horrible. Burger was cold, fries are not the same as they used to be. I seriously don't know how Wendy's and Burger King are still in business. At least at McDonald's it's always consistent.

Went to Wendy’s in Winfield and sat in the drive thru waiting for someone to take our order for 20 minutes and nobody
Even with discounts from the app it was too expensive. We didnt get anything special...I ordered Dave's Single Combo with no cheese and a regular chili.. it was $14 & change! The app discount helped some and took the total down to $12.25, which, in my opinion is too much for a burger that came with cheese on it, even though I ordered it without and 3/4 way full container of old, not warm but not quite cold fries and a cup of chili that came from the drive thru with no crackers, no sour cream (as requested) and. I spoon. A friend's meal with a combo l, chili, small frosty and Jr cheeseburger was over $19.00....with the $2.00 discount from the app! Far too much money for the food quality.

Use to eat breakfast everyday but then it started getting inconsistent, wouldn't have stuff or wouldn't get what you ordered. To top it off new store manager doesn't honor the $2 off coupons on back of receipt.
