Food had no flavor and was very bland, halibut came out cold and a hair was found in the sweet potato. Tried to offer up some constructive criticism to the owner who was also cooking last night. He got very upset and said he didn’t believe any of it. The customer is wrong. We were starving after waiting for the main meal for over an hour so we ate half of it. That was good enough for him. Very sad the new owners have turned this in to the worst place in buffalo when it used to be one of the best. Stay away from here if you are looking for a good tasting meal.

VERY disappointed in our visit tonight! It took forever to get our food and when we finally did, my halibut was luke warm (at best) and I found a hair in my sweet potato (on my second bite).My husband had a NY strip, medium, and it was overcooked.My son-in-law had the chicken fried steak and there was absolutely no flavor to the steak/gravy.When we asked to speak to the manager, we were told told they were unavailable because they were in the kitchen cooking. He did end up coming out to talk to us and was EXTREMELY RUDE, ACCUSATORY AND UNPROFESSIONAL!We have eaten at this establishment for year. We will never return!!

I'll never step foot in this place again. And all the good reviews are from 2 years ago, btw.Don't charbroil a steak until it is burnt flavored, have me carve all that away, choke down 3 bites, send it back and then tell me I've eaten half and refuse to take it off my bill!

I reserved a table for two three weeks ago I drove from Sheridan to Buffalo only to find the restaurant was closed. No call, no notification whatsoever. All the other restaurants were packed with wait times for over an hour.The only reason I don’t give them a single star is because I have eaten there before and it was really good.

Spent $150 total for a very bad experience. Came in around 7p. They sat us with a server who already had too many tables instead of making us wait. We gave our server the order for our table of 4 the moment she arrived. The table next to us got sat, the table behind us got sat and another table. We ordered 2 steaks under medium, salmon, and a pasta dish. All items take about 10-15mins to cook in a kitchen. We waited one hour for our food. The worst part was we watched every table around us get their food and eat and we just waited. Took our server 45mins to even come over and say the kitchen was busy and our food was on the way, then gave us more bread as a gesture. No manager ever came over to remedy. Both steaks were stale. Obviously they sat in the window. Same with the pasta. The only fresh dish was the salmon that was remade bc the server said it had to be remade bc it was over cooked. Again, we waited AN HOUR for our food. The server apologized and offered us a free sundae to make up for the wait, which we declined. We had just traveled over 10hrs by car, we were tired and hungry and this was just the worst. I have been in the restaurant industry in Orlando for over 20 years and I was speechless. If you know you have an understaffed kitchen, you do not sit as many tables as you can to drown them in orders. Shame on you. The guest is the one who suffers. All we wanted was a real steak experience in Wyoming and we left irritated and felt like no one even cared. Offering sugar at the end doesn't turn a sour experience sweet. Could've spent $150 on an experience far better than this memory.
