"IM NOT DOING THIS NEXT TIME. YOU HAVE TO COME IN AND GET IT" as she rolls her eyes, waddling away from the window as if she was afraid to see how I was going to react to her statement.1. I Literally can't remember the last time I had eaten food from Burger King but the double-whopper with cheese I ate yesterday was delicious! I don't plan to continue eating fast food, but wow, some might say it's addicting, lol. But seriously, I still think about the double-whopper with cheese over 24 hours later. Yum. I went through the drive-through. The customer service could have been "warmer," not so robotic. At least look me in the eyes and smile for a second :)

I went inside to order my food. The cashier was a bit off for no reason. I couldn’t understand why. The people in line before me were treated like royalty much nicer than i was treated. I didn’t even get greeted. They got their food brought to them on a tray. Even though my food was to go which i stated when i placed my order. It was placed on a tray and my number was called to come get it from the counter. When i reminded her it was to go which she knew already she threw all my food into the bag. All of my fries were the bottom of the bag. The rest were left on the tray. The people in line in front of me were of a different race. Which i feel played a part in the atmosphere and the way i was treated. Which is why it felt a bit off at first. Yes i am a black woman and if you are reading these reviews and you look like me avoid this place. They don’t want our money. To the owner do better teach your employees better its 2024 you wouldn’t want to be sued for discrimination because of employees. I will also be calling the 1800 number.

The two guys that were working at 10 pm on 2/15 were badass! Very polite professional and the food was great! Also impressive that just 2 people were running the whole restaurant.Parking: Very big lot could even fit a large camper or tractor trailerKid-friendliness: Never met a kid that didn’t like fast food

worst Burger King I have visited ever. It looks like it is left over from the 1970s. Dirty bathrooms. The drink machine looks like it’s new but I tried three drinks and they were all flat and tasted off. The interior was not welcoming nor were the staff. I ordered a classic chicken sandwich and it was swimming in mayonnaise to the point. I couldn’t even eat it.a medium fry is smaller than a small fry at other locations. Yuck. Avoid this particular location.

I was in this establishment this evening, I witnessed the very rude manager belittle a young lady on her first night and yelled at her for her eye makeup. This is not a managerial way to act in an establishment. The owner needs to teach you a thing or two. Do better this is Wyoming! Especially sickening to watch a female that didn't put much effort into her own attire and presentation to insult and belittle a young lady on her FIRST NIGHT. Shameful, be a better, kind human its Christmas time
Walked in and walked straight out it was absolutely disgusting ? tables weren't cleaned, they didn't have a person in there so idk why they haven't cleaned the lobby, they weren't wearing gloves, and the employees working there looked sickly I'm actually worried for them I would not go here even if it were the only fast food place in Casper. I'm just appalled, who ever is running this burger King manager/owner needs to get it together. It's called basic cleanliness, wear gloves for f's sakeDietary restrictions: I would not eat here if I were you
