I went to City Brew on January 6, 2024, in the morning and ordered regular coffee with cream and sugar. What I experienced was some strange-tasting coffee that tasted like it had some kind of flavored cream in it. I went to the service counter and asked for a replacement and the (what I assumed was the manager) told me sometimes the coffee beans come infused with maple or sugar. I have been drinking coffee all my adult life, (I am 70 years old now) and I assure you, this was not regular coffee with regular cream and sugar. The manager seemed to have quite an attitude and was rude in her action. I will not be purchasing coffee here again.

I have nothing bad to say. I got a blue raspberry charger and it was amazing. They are done with plant based energy!!! The service was fast not longer than 8 minutes. The place is beautiful. The seating the private seating and the modern decor. Overall love the place and I don't even like coffee. The prices aren't that bad at all.

Well, I last visited a City Brew location about three years ago and today's Mocha Frappe just wasn't the same. It was weak and didn't have much coffee or chocolate flavor. I asked the barista about this and he said they did change the recipe somewhat recently. But he did offer to make me another one and it came out much better, although still not as good as they used to be.

Went through the drive through. Fast and prompt service. I have the typical vanilla latte every morning. The coffee itself was okay to me. The beans almost tasted sour? Not sure what was going on there. My experience with the staff was pleasant. No complaints with the service or cleanliness.

I paid 25 on my order and got a frozen muffin. At first I thought my food just cold but I realized they did not cook it well after waiting 4 minutes.
Very friendly. Great coffee. Problem? They took my debit card information and charged it up! Drove from Casper to Riverton and by the time we got home there were over $500 in charges on my account. Beware until they have time to find out who was responsible…one person can ruin a businesses reputation.

I've been here a few times, but this is my first review on them. The staff has always been very friendly with all smiles. Coffees I've tried have been really good, my favorite are their lattes. I mainly use the drive thru, but have gone inside to get coffee and it's a very comfortable atmosphere. Would recommend.

I wanted a coffee and to sit across the table and stare at my lovely wife. When we arrived in the later afternoon, there weren't very many customers. We quickly ordered and received our drinks. My wife ordered the Campfire Mocha, and I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. My pumpkin spice was exceptionally good with the correct blend of spices and pumpkin. Sadly, the largest size did not last long enough for my liking. We sat outside on the covered porch and enjoyed the sun, the breeze, and the scenery.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at this location. My caramel latte hot tasted like caramel flavored milk not even hot. Ask it to be made over they forgot about it for 20 mins. And still brought me milk flavored water still not hot.The staff we're parked on the sidewalk and took our order leaning across the counter never once did I see any of them wash their hands. And I am not sure if there is a dress code but they all looked like they came from a high school party. Super unprofessional.
