An unassuming hotel with spectacular service and amenities.From the outside this hotel looks like a typically motor lodge. The rooms are of average size. They are clean and can be accessed from both inside the hallway and the parking lot. Nothing really standing out here.Yet once inside, this typical looking motor lodge transforms into a real nice convention center style hotel. Very spacious excercise room, and laundry facility. Bring quarters for laundry use. Very long hallways with multiple ice machines convinently located throughout. Many awesome art pieces in print, paint, and sculptures that excentuated the classy feel of the hotel. The wood carving portrait in the restaurant is a must see art piece. The lobby feels like you are in a hunting lodge.The options for breafast is outstanding! Not only did the breakfast taste delicious, each day the menu slightly changed to give even more options. Breakfast here is served on actual ceramic plates. Even the coffee can be served in ceramic mugs further cementing the classy feel of the establishment. Props to the manager of the eating area because there was always someone available to assist with special requests and clean.There are other unique offerings of the hotel. Several meeting rooms of different sizes. A few large ballrooms. A large indoor pool is present with a small kiddie pool. The pool is on the cold side and is missing a jacuzzi. A fairly large courtyard with grass area was an enjoyable break after a long day.Hotel location is convinently located in Casper. There is a cool miniature golf and arcade located on the premise. You can explore the Platte river by accessing the trail that is also in the premise.Service is awesome. The hotel manager, Teresea, and the rest of her entire staff was super friendly and welcoming.Highly recommend this hotel if visiting the Casper area. Note: on Google maps this is listed as Clarion Inn but it recently changed name to Best Western.

DO NOT STAY HERE! horrible stay, when I made the reservation on the phone I informed the front desk of my two pet mice and when we checked in they made a note of the two baby mice in a cage and charged us a pet fee on the day we checked in, which was Saturday. We were kicked out on Wednesday after paying for a full week because all of a sudden our pets arnt allowed. We were very confused by this as it wasn't an issue until days after checking in and having paid a pet fee, they honestly made us feel horrible, when we attempted to ask for a manger or someone to explain why they were doing things in such an unprofessional way the gm trespassed us. Absolutely ridiculous considering how polite we were under the circumstances! You're going to trespass guest because they were asking why you would kick them out for their pets that don't damage anything at all after you charged them a pet fee? I would have never booked this hotel if I knew this is how they treated their guest! And everyone's right about the walls being paper thin as well.

Stayed at this hotel for one night. Next morning I found a BED BUG crawling on me! I took pictures and a video of it, and showed the front desk staff. The older lady at the counter said that "it wasn't a bed bug, and she would know because she's got them all over her house". Like, lady, you have bed bugs! I asked for a refund, and she said she didn't have the power to do that. I asked for the cleaning deposit back, and she said she couldn't do that. I called twice and no one has returned my call nor reached out to me. I will not be staying here ever again, even if it means sleeping out of my car on trips out here to see my family. Beware! Don't come here unless you want a bed bug infestation to take home with you, or rude staff that just don't have the time to provide good customer service. I'm not sick to my stomach, and having to triple clean everything.

My son has had an Illness that is causing me to cancel my trip and they are planing on charging me to cancel my reservation. While they are fully booked every night they can’t refund me. For what reason? I called to inform them the first time and was told I would be refunded. Then had to call again after I received and email stating I wouldn’t be getting one. $700 later I’m not very pleased with the customer service.

Anytime we travel to Wyoming from our home in Missouri, this our favorite place to stay! Be it on short notice or planned in advance, they've always been very accommodating. Beds are the most comfortable I've slept in, to the point that we're getting same mattress for our home, and they allow pets without extra fees. Rooms have always been clean and well stocked. Designated pet potty areas and clean up bags provided as well. Seriously, there are not enough great things I could say out the Clarion.
You couldn’t pay me to stay here again. There are homeless people scattered all over the property, the front desk staff (SAM SPECIFICALLY!) we’re absolutely treacherous. Unless you’re into paying for abuse, stay as far from this place as possible. Even the manager couldn’t control Sam and her disgusting mouth. Clarion should be ashamed to have their name on this dump.

This hotel was amazing! It’s currently being renovated and I’m loving the new look! It’s huge and the rooms are very spacious. I can’t stress enough how much I loved this place. The staff made staying there even more great than it already was. From great pricing to great food to great atmosphere just all around great. Thank you so much again!

We've stayed here twice now.The second time we chose a king suite and it was definitely worth the upgrade.We love this hotel.Breakfast is awesome with loads of options.The beds are comfy and rooms are clean.Staff are always super welcoming.Only downside is the pool was broken again. However they gave us vouchers for the attraction next door which my children loved.Will definitely be back again.

The staff was very friendly. The cleaning staff was friendly. The amenities were fantastic. The breakfast buffet was really good. (The country gravy was not runny and the biscuits were delicious, didn't taste microwaved).. my favorite was the comfort of the bed and sheets. The only complaint I have is that they let the coffee pots run dry during our convention. Who can't live with that?? What a good start
