Ordered a drink at Cole Creek Bar.The bartender, woman with black hair and a sqeeky voice, charged me two different amounts for two (same) drinks over several days. Both times skimming my change! She stated that this is the way they do it here. Offer to go to her purse for my trouble and get my change after I inquired.I said "skimming" because that is what this bar does.If the bartender wants to keep the change she has skimmed then she has tipped herself and a larger tip is not expected.Stop skimming change "Cole Creek Bar & Grill. Oh my God ! Are we on plant earth????? I am staying here at the Holiday inn 721 granite Dr. Away from Home while Working . I have Ordered a Steak Caesar salad almost Every night from bartender / server ( only one person working on front side of restaurant) I Travel for Work and Company I work for Pays for My room Accommodations . I have Tried several Times to call when I Pull up to Hotel from my cell to be Connected to Cole Creek Bar and Grill located in Hotel First Floor Lobby . Front desk is great ! They connect me to restaurant but no answer ( SEVERAL TRIES SEVERAL DAYS ) not the End of the World ! So I started calling from my room hitting Room Service button & letting waitress / bartender ( Very Sweet woman ) know I would be paying with personal card and not have room Billed and that worked Perfect/ and Food was Great ! On …. 11/16/2023 …. Different Women answered when hitting Room Service button , I let her know that I would be coming down to Pay for salad ( Grilled chicken Caesar , not using room serviceShe replies “ we Don’t do Room service anyway Anymore ! I was Thinking “ Ok I be been ordering this Way and Haven’t been Told this. ( MIND you there’s A BUTTON on THE PHONE AS WELL ) . Hours of restaurant Say close at 10 pm ( previous Employee saidBar closed at 10 pm food need to be Ordered before 9pm. I placed order right before 9 pm and came downstairs before 10 pm . When I went to pick up order … her response was that my Chicken salad would not be Left out Forever in Aggressive Voice and and Thrown away .… & If I was gonna be angry … I Answered that I’m not Angry ( disappointed yeah ) you Seem Angry I replied . and the word Forever is definitely being used Incorrectly .My Experiences had been Great , I suggest you Go on the right Day … Could be Great or could never want to go Again . !!I leave this on holiday inn reviews as well , since there are no restaurant MGR responses for Good pr Bad reviews

Cole Creek Bar and Grill is the bar and restaurant off the front desk and lobby of the Holiday Inn East in Casper. At night, the bar and restaurant opens officially at 5 pm for drinks and food but the bartender was serving drinks before 5 pm. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. Prices were fair. However, the food or at least what I ordered was mediocre at best. The caesar salad was large but the parmesan cheese was barely there, the dressing wasn't tossed in the salad, and the chicken breast were cold like they had been sitting in the refrigerator. They weren't even microwaved. Honestly, you could have gotten a fresher salad with hot grilled chicken at the Wendy's about 5 minutes away. To be fair, other customers seemed to be enjoying their burgers. I assume the burger is good. The bartender was by herself and working hard as there were about 15 customers. She provided great service. Drinks were definitely better than the food. They have all the usual beers and spirits. For wine, the only drinkable whites were the Matua sauvignon blanc and the Chateau Ste. Michelle chardonnay. Both were available by the glass. $8.50 for a glass of Chateau Ste. Michelle is fair. The other wines on offer included Canyon Road, Andre, Barefoot, and Beringer. At breakfast, there's no buffet. Everything is ala carte off a menu that's pretty typical for anyone who has ever stayed at a Holiday Inn. My rate included a breakfast voucher that covered almost anything on the menu. The two eggs I ordered were perfectly cooked. Then again, it's pretty hard to screw up eggs unless they're powdered. My only complaint at breakfast is there was one waitress. I counted 12 customers between 6 am and 7 am. It took about 20 minutes to get a single cup of coffee. No carafe was left on the table. So you had to wait on the overworked waitress for a refill. I saw some customers go to the lobby for the free coffee because they were tired of waiting. All things considered, this is a good hotel bar that is more of a breakfast restaurant. There are much better restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The only reason to eat here is you're traveling for work, work is paying and you just want a burger.

Checked into hotel later than anticipated after a long drive and needed a decent meal. Front desk recommended the hotel restaurant and given the hour, we decided to give it a try. Turned out to be a great choice. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection and the salad salad was delicious. Husband also enjoyed the brownie cheesecake for dessert. While we were enjoying our meals, we noticed impressively sized hamburgers and onion rings brought to another table and commented we may have to return give them a try. Even though the restaurant/bar was staffed with only one server, she did an amazing job taking care of customers. We loved having had a good meal and a pleasant evening

We checked into the hotel and did not feel like leaving so 3 children and I decided to stay and eat at the hotel restaurant. It was a Saturday night at 8pm and there were 2 people at the bar and a table of two leaving when we arrived. Our waitress/ bartender was attentive ( as she should be since it was dead). The food was ok and served just how we ordered it. My only complaint was the servers strong perfume. I don't know if she was stepping out to smoke and trying to mask the smell but it was over powering and lingered when she walked away.

We stopped by right before happy hour ended and had some beers. We also ordered an appetizer. It took a little while for the food, the restaurant wasn't busy at all. Bartender was nice. It was great to be able to have a drink and not have to drive back to the hotel.

Walked into dining area of hotel, not exactly a Grille and bar, just a typical HolIday Inn dining room. One person eating,no staff in sight, waited a few minutes and no one appeared. This was not my idea of an Mericzn Grille and Bar,more like a down market dining room, with no staff on hand to greet you. So we turned around and briskly walked out. No Thankyou.
