They completely messed up our order in about four different ways. I'm not actually convinced they give us the pizzas they made for us. Didn't notice it until we were far away and could not go back.

Horrible customer service, I seen one of the employees smoking a cigarette he came back in and didn’t even wash his hands and started prepping food. That person should not be working there and he spit in my food. The customer service sucks, and the employees do drugs in the bathroom, not only there’s meth heads that work there.

My driver completely dropped my pizza and didn't say anything. Handed it to my husband and left when I opened it I saw this. I called the store she said I'm sorry Pizza sometimes shifts. Will replace it so I have to wait another 45 minutes. With no benefit no coupon nothing for next time. I think I should have at least got a refund. By this time I don't even want pizza now.

Haven't been there in 20 years. Though me and my son would try it again. Nope!! Think they forgot to do the quality control on the pizza. It was cold burnt and looks like someone ran it over. Now I remember why I haven't been here in 20 years!!

Shorted a pizza when delivered. Then when the guy came back the new pizza was the wrong crust and no toppings. Neither pizzas was cut. Top tier waste of $57

I would give no stars if it would let me!! So please tell me how a place like this gets a call about one slice missing out of your pizza then calls you a liar?? Then asks us to look outside to see if they dropped it?? If you didn’t notice you dropped a piece of pizza while you were carrying it to the customer then you should work somewhere else on top of that the “credit” you gave me doesn’t even replace the pizza you guys messed up im not eating a pizza that your employee helped their self to!!! If you hate your job that much find another one and stop wasting people’s time and money!! Now I have to figure something else out for dinner for my kids and spend more money because I refuse to use this credit at your store with the amount of disrespect that came from there already tonight!! I'm a over the road TRUCK DRIVER,ICALLED THIS DOMINOES PIZZA .I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY TRUCK,ALL MOTELS ARE FULL .IM LESS THAN 3 MILES FROM THIS ONE,I WAS TOLD THEY DONT GO OUT THIS FAR, 2310 SALT CREEK HIGHWAY IN CASPER....I HAVE EVEN DELIVERED PRIDUCT TO A WAREHOUSE SO DOMINOES. TRUCKS CAN MAKE DELIVERIES..THIS IS VERY VERY SAD I WANTED PIZZA IM LOSING FAITH IN DOMINOES PIZZA ALL TOGETHER.I HAVE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES WITH DOMINOES PIZZA .DOMINOES PIZZA IN RAWLINS WY IT WAS SIMULAR SITUATION THAT DOMINOES DELIVERED MY 2 LARGE MEATLOVERS OR WHATEVER THEY CALL IT SOMEBODY DROPPED MY 2 PIZZAS I ORDRED I WAS NOT HAPPY .......
