I haven't been to Frosted Tops in a while but I went in today and purchased some of the cupcakes since I was walking by the smell of fresh baked cupcakes drew me in. The Coworker behind the counter was very friendly, helpful and made great suggestions regarding the cupcakes, I can't remember what kind I bought but I decided to give in and purchased 6 different cupcakes that were delicious. ? I don't know the name of this employee but may the owners please let her know how wonderful she is and that she is a great member of the team. The owners and rest of staff are wonderful also. to the Owners for the staff member to highly praise her for today all I can remember is she has dark hair and wears glasses. Please Give her lots of Praise.
We got our wedding desserts through Frosted Tops and we loved everything! We got our wedding cake, cupcakes, decorated cookies, and macarons from them. Our guests loved them! The cookies were absolutely stunning and the macarons were definitely a favorite! We loved working with Kirsten and she made our vision come true! Thank you so much for creating beautiful and tasty wedding treats for us! :)

I dropped into Frosted Tops when I was in Casper for an event, but heading back to Cheyenne. It was my wife's birthday (Saturday, Jan. 14), so I was looking for a slice of cake or cupcakes. The date matters because of two things. First, Jan. 14 is also Frosted Tops anniversary. They were 6 years strong. All treats were half-off. Insane! I got a half dozen cupcakes including red velvet, double chocolate chip, carrot cake and others. The three I mentioned were awesome: moist and flavorful. Their frosting is definitely on the sweeter side... perhaps the most sugary cream cheese frosting I've ever tasted. I liked it. I also snagged a raspberry layer cake in a cup. The tart raspberry was the perfect addition to cut through the super sweet frosting. All of that for a song at half-off!Secondly, and maybe this is of little concern for Casper residents, but for someone passing through or visiting for a weekend, it's crucial. Frosted Tops keeps their online hours updated. I stopped by another sweets shop that day that had hours online which claimed it was "closing soon." When I got there, they had winter hours posted on a piece of paper on the door and weren't even open on the weekends. I cannot describe how sad to infuriating it can be when planning a stop only to meet a "closed" sign in the window. Frosted Tops honored their hours, and that means a lot.

The cake tasting was casual and fun (who doesn't love getting to try a bunch of different cupcakes), the designer listed to what we wanted and made some professional suggestions, and the final product exceeded our expectations. Great variety of yummy cupcakes and macaroons. We came in to window shop, left with six treats. Perfect combination of icing atop a very soft, moist, perfectly textured cupcake. Macaroon? They have you covered: We chose three and devoured one before even making it to the car. Both items have stood up well to a few days in our refrigerator, and a drive back to Denver.
