I really like Jersey Mikes when they get it right. The problem is they seldom get it right. Tonight was the last time I’ll be wasting my time on them. I’ve learned to expect a wait, but 20 minutes after I’d ordered and paid was about it for me. The last three times I’ve went my order has been wrong or missing something. Tonight I got all the way home to discover they gave me a cold number 7 instead of the hot cheese steak number 17 I ordered and paid for. They get a little put out if you set there and inventory your order before you drive away so I mistakenly decided to chance it and didn’t check everything before leaving. Their sandwiches are good when you get lucky and they do it right, but they usually don’t do it right and I’m sick of paying for their mistakes. I won’t go back again.

One of the subs from my order that was delivered was a completely different sub than I had ordered. I called the store and told them, and manager said he was too busy to talk to me and he doesn't have time to "deal" with right now. He said that I would have to contact Door Dash. I told him everything else in the order was correct except for one of the $18 giant subs. Door Dash had nothing to do with this. Unbelievable.

We went during the dinner rushes so had a bit of a wait but the service was great even though they were obviously short staffed. Is usually a little pricey.

They kept me waiting 40 minutes, after I had paid, in the drive through. We only ordered 2 simple sandwiches. I watched over 15 people walk in, order, and get their food while I waited. It was the worst service I've ever had from Jersey Mike's.

Took forever, more involved in serving drive through and Door Dash people. Hardly any seating, and people who were 10-12 behind me made their relatives take the tables before they were served. Too busy for the staff. Not clean either. I won’t be back to this location.

Ordered a #17 Giant and a #9 Regular. The #17 (Philly cheesesteak) came out fairly quickly. I had to wait 20 minutes for the #9 to come out. When I stated I was missing my second sandwich no one had a clue. They stated will have to wait. I had to wait for someone elses order was completed + 2 other sandwiches.( this person arrived after I did) Only One person making sandwiches, with 4-5 others standing around. Basically clueless with no care about customer service. Needless to say my Philly was cold and left with a bad experience.

They have changed the tables and only two tables can accommodate 4 people. I ordered a kids sandwich and got a mini. I’m not sure where the confusion came in but the person behind the register berated me telling me he would correct this one time and one time only. Really did not enjoy my experience here at all.

Waited over 35 minutes for a carry out order ordered online. When I inquired why other customers orders were completed before mine they said they prioritize dine in orders. Carry out customers money isn’t as good I guess.
You could tell teamwork means "i". Not one server changed their gloves . Cross contaminated every sandwich. They were slow and unorganized. Tried to give someone else my food order.

Came here after Jimmy John’s across the street was locked and closed bc they didn’t have bread. Was greeted very nicely and fast here. It was a good experience- still waiting in line but the sandwich looks great!
