I don't usually eat little Caesars and if we do, its usually Westside little Caesars we go to. However I went today at 2nd st location. March 30th. And I was severely disappointed when I got home. My hot and ready freshly made cheese pizza barely had ANY sauce, like just enough to fill the crevices of the wrinkles in the dough... I also ordered a deep dish supreme. All of the vegetable toppings were still raw, you could see the pepperonis were not cooked and the dough was still raw. So I had to pop it in the oven for bout 15 mins. Anyway long story short. Service was good. Product not so much. C'mon 2nd st little Caesars night crew, you can do better.

The reason I go to Little Caesars is because it's supposed to be hot and ready... If I wanted to wait 25 minutes for my pizza, I would have gone to Domino's. I didn't even order anything custom. There was one employee (I'm assuming he's the manager because all he did was give orders and watch as people worked) that had tobacco in his mouth and was spitting in the hand washing sink. This location is awful.

The employees were so friendly and inviting. It was quick and easy. Great customer service.

Will has no business being a manager. Ordered food for delivery and did not receive everything. Was told to contact door dash for the issue. We ordered our food through the little ceasers app. After the employee was rude to my wife and told her they didn't deliver Will got in the phone and persisted she needed to call door dash. Then I was told he wasn't going to help me. I went to the store and asked for my missing items or my money back and he persisted to call the police. Then he held onto my food in front of me and would not give it to me till the officer arrived. When they walked in he persisted to push my food across the counter and state that he was going give me my food and ask me to not return to his location. I said thank you and left. Thanks to a manager that has no business being a manager neither location will be getting my business. Clearly it does not matter to this location. If you order delivery from here through their app be prepared for pizza not cut correctly and missing items and then be told it's not their problem and to call door dash. It's worth the extra money to go to another pizza place that has customer service skills. Google makes you put at least one store other wise it would be 0.

There is something sketchy going on here, I had a friend go on for a week abhout how excited he was to get a job, how they had him call their 1-800 HR number to submit his information for hire then a week later was told they didn't remember his interview and how they wouldn't hire him cause he wouldn't shake their hand after he had go ddone submitting personal information to a number that they didn't even release or give him a copy of his confirmation number. Sounds very Sus.
