Disorganized and unfriendly staff. The cashier just leaned back against the wall after the customer in front of me was done. She didn't greet me at all. The guy behind me asked if I had ordered. Finally, I asked her if she was still open. Then, she seemed to wake up enough to help me. Amazing!!!

They have the bathrooms closed for cleaning during peak hours of noon! Go in there, and the toilet doesn’t flush after waiting and the other stall is walked that really sucks! The service of the behind the counter ladies was great. They don’t deserve one star they deserve all the stars! But the gentleman that take care of maintenance Need to talking to you

This place is a disaster. They take forever on every single order. Using the mobile app is a guarantee that you will have to wait twice as long as anybody else. If you use the mobile app, you will have a chance to sit at curbside pickup and watch about 10 different McDonald employees stand outside smoking and vaping while they are not making your food. Customers shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a mobile app pickup on a regular basis. Management does not care.

The crew are always so rude, but this time specifically I was left speechless.I was told "If you had any common sense, you would know how to properly order" about an issue that is not done the same at any other McDonald's, causing me to be so upset I retracted my $75 order and went to another restaurant.

This place gets SLAMMED for breakfast on weekends!! It was strange to see a McD's so ill-equipped to handle drive-thru traffic in Wyoming of all places?! One unlucky lady made the mistake of opting for dine-in...she had a baby on one hip that she strapped into a NASCAR rated 5 pt. Safety harness baby carrier and a magical set of twin boys that ran so fast that one of them vanished intermittently in front of my car and re- appeared in front of another as his brother darted out from under her grasp and teleported straight thru the minivan doors- twice!!Not scary Since we (cars) were nearly grid-locked for between 20-30 minutes apiece anyway. I wonder how long she had to spend pinned in there...?Anyway staff handled the rush hour professionally and more efficiently than I expected. Which was nice.Bottom line better make sure you have PLENTY of extra time to go here. And if you turn into the parking lot you're committed lol gotta drive all the way thru. Can't get around it

Went thru drive thru. First window literally emotionlessly took my order like a robot. It was awkward. Then i get my food and have to pull forward for one frappe. With no one behind me in line. Wait 14 mins just watch everyone get served and end up walking inside to get it myself or a refund. Terrible service with 12 people on the clock lol
