By far the best coffee in the region. An excellent variety of choice's of coffee, roasted to one's individual preference. And an incredible selection of teas as well. Never had to wait more than a few hours for roasting. I like to pick mine up because it gives me a moment to talk with the roaster about different coffees. If in fact you savor your flavor....P. What a great find in Casper! I found P. Hawk online a couple months back and bookmarked to try at some point. I ran into P. Hawk (Wendy I believe) giving samples at a local event and loved their passion about their products. I called yesterday morning with a order for 3 lbs. Ken roasted and had the coffee ready by 6pm. I'm enjoying my first cup of P Hawk as I type. Thank you Ken and Wendy.

Everywhere I visit I always like to look for local roasters so that I can bring a pound or two home. I was SO glad I found this place. The coffee is AWESOME and Ken and Wendy were the most welcoming and friendly people. I really enjoyed talking to them and browsing their collection of coffees and teas. This is a must stop if you're anywhere near Casper. It's worth a good drive to get to and it will be a top priority when I visit Wyoming.

I can't say anything about their product, but if you tell Google Maps to navigate you here you end up in front of a private residence, no signage or anything to indicate it's a coffee shop. Just a heads up for anyone not familiar with the Casper area!
I haven't had any of their coffee, but their teas are divine! My favorite are the icewine and giverny monet - who knew that tea could be nutty and choclately?!!?
