Incredibly messy. There are boxes of product all over the place. I tripped over a bag of brown rice trying to get to the bathroom. One whole section of seating is taken up by extra cups and piles of mail for some reason. When I was trying to check out at the register, the cashier told me she had to leave to bag up a to-go order. She then went and took care of the to-go customer who wasn't even here yet, then came back to finally let me pay for my order. I don't know what the priorities are at this store, but clearly taking care of the customer in the store or cleaning the store are not any of them.

Rarely is a fast food type experience so bad that I actually feel the need to post a review about it to Google, but this was that experience. I would like to preface by saying that the young lady that actually served us was great, but everything else was horrendous. Most of the hot food had been sitting on the warmers for so long that it was super dried out and well on its way to burnt. I watched in horror as one gal fulfilled a pickup order by scraping the last dregs of crusty brown rice that was burnt to the bottom of the tin into a bowl all while very dramatically rolling her eyes at her coworker who briefly reached around her. Then that one ignored the rest of the people waiting in line and just let the first one do all the work while she huffed around to the back of the store. I managed to get them to get out a fresh tin of pulled pork for my burrito, so at least that piece was good, but I feel sad for anyone who got any of the rest of the burnt meat and dried out rice and crusty queso they had sitting there. I'm sure their food was like chewing on shoe leather. But again, kudos to the young lady that served us, she was the only good thing about our visit.

I love Qdoba. Ever Since the first time I've walked into one, and I'm new to Casper coming from Reno, Nevada. I'm super glad they have one. I'll always be coming in every chance I get!
The food was good. There was a line that didn't seem to move even though there were only a few people in the line. I didn't stay and eat but it was loud.

The employees were super friendly and helpful with our order. The food was great and we loved how they don't charge extra for what is premium ingredients at similar restaurants. The ambiance was great with decorations for Christmas and a special table to honor the fallen troops.

I’m not one to write reviews but this place is absolutely amazing. I come in very often after a hard day at work and there’s a kid he’s usually the only guy that works at night and he is absolutely awesome. He’s always up beat and always is asking me how my day was. Another thing that i’ve noticed is that he always has the place spotless. The managers are always having the workers get stuff done. This place needs more recognition. Great job guys!

I don’t know his name but the guy serving the line made eating here feel like an all-inclusive luxury experience. His energy was top notch and he made all of us laugh in ecstasy while ordering WHAT?! You know who you are :)

One star. They embarrassed me publicly about a year ago and I never went back. The guy there also wouldn't wear gloves.
