We were the first ones to order and got our food last. Our order had to be taken 3 different times. And by the time we got our food it wasn't even hot, barely warm almost like it was microwaved. Almost waited 2 hours for mediocre food.At the end they did give us free fries and chicken strips for the trouble. They were warmer than our actual food.?‍♀️

Went to the all you can eat prime rib dinner they serve on Fridays. The service was very slow and unfriendly. The meat was tough and the cut was not prepared as we ordered.

They can get overwhelmed on crowded nights but the staff are kind and will do everything that they can to make your experience enjoyable. Christine is always great behind the bar!

Had ribeye last night. Ordered medium rare. It was delivered in reasonable time I would have expected. Medium rare as expected. We ate outside. Too much of a bar atmosphere. Oh forgot to mention. The actual restaurant was not open. It was Remington kitchen delivering to the associated restaurant. Side note. United airlines pilot ate salad same evening and got food poisoning R

My family and additional family members (sometimes as many as 10 people) love to meet each Friday night for talk, smiles, and to share ideas on how the week went. We have visited the Remington Restaurant, at the Ramkota, on a somewhat regular basis for about 9 months. The Friday special meal is all-you-can-eat prime rib. I personally have had the prime rib and other menu items along with a nice glass of wine many times and have found, that in our most recent visits, we found the food preparation under par. Along with the prime rib being tough to eat, not cooked to each person's desire, and the service is slow, (we have used the same waitress for the entire time), we have anonymously agreed after this week, to start using a different restaurant. It's sad to me that the food and the service could be so lacking since the dining room is very nice, quiet and has a nice dinner mood. But with our total expenditure of, at times, 300-400 dollars, we feel we deserve better. :-)

I ordered the Country Fried Steak and mashed potatoes. The steak was a prebreaded steak I could have gotten out of the freezer section , the potato was a smashed baked potato and I never got my salad. Very

Waitress forgot drink. Even after coming back to ask if was ready to order. Also said free beer if you go to bar went to bar was charged. No silverware or napkins until we asked for them. Soup was cold. It tasted good but not a good experience.

My favorite place is Casper :), everything I've had has been phenomenal with the prime rib sandwiches being the daddy of menu items. Ate here every night while I was working out of town and will continue to do so upon my return.

I had the Blackened salmon in a creamy lemon shrimp reduction. From presentation to taste, it was amazing!
