We bought a snowblower from Walmart a few months back that came in with a flat tire right out of the box. We took the tire into Sams to see if they could repair it. The replacement tube we had purchased had a leak in it also. The two gentleman behind the tire counter were amazing. They fixed the tire free of charge and went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed for us.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE....I recommend this Sam's Club, however, I must state that yesterday was the worst service I've ever received there. I found a coat that I wanted to buy, but it had something on it and I couldn't find another in that size. I think it could have been washed out, but i thought I'm not paying full price for something dirty. I go to customer service to see if there's others in the size I need or if I could get it discounted. The young lady at the member's se

I was traveling home from Denver when I got stopped overnight in a snow storm in Casper. I needed to have new tires put on and so I stopped into Sam's Club in Casper right when they opened. A gentleman named Oliver in the tire department was so nice and very helpful in recommending which tires for my vehicle. They were pretty booked but he had a little time before the first reservation got there, so he fit me in before they got there. We went over for a quick breakfast at Perkins and it was already done when we finished. Very impressed with this Sam's Club and Oliver. I very much appreciate everything!

I had a tire emergency today and Casper Sam's Club staff came to my rescue, fitting me in at the end of the day. I cannot praise Heidi and I believe it was Nate enough. They took the sting out of a very stressful time and offered to buy me coffee on top of it. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! This is just one of the reasons why I go to Sam's for tires.

I do NOT recommend their online shopping with in store pickup. What a nightmare. They left my cart sitting out of my view for over 30 minutes warming up expired refrigerated items while I waited at the lane I was supposed to wait at. After having my 6th conversation with an employee a very nice lady tracked it down for me. Save your time and energy by shopping yourself.

Customer service is horrible, no organization, "happy to help" vests should be called "your a bother" all the employees have time to chit chat and instead of wanting to help the long line waiting.

The restrooms were clean & well stocked. There was a plethora of items in many departments. They had quite a selection of clothing items, especially those for younger children surprisingly. The strawberries although a good price looked like seconds. Less than perfect quality. As always they offered a nice selection of baked goods & meat items. They are now offering some preservative free meats as well.
