I ordered a cookie and it came out a foot long also the bottom was burnt my poor beautiful mother tried to get Fanta and there were none left I’m petrified no black olives what the hell and to top it off I found bread in my sandwich

I went here hoping for a footlong pretzel. It was gonna be the highlight of my day, I get there, NO pretzels left. I was petrified. I went to get my go to sub and NO BLACK OLIVES. Horrible experience. I went to fill up my cup with my favorite soda to try to redeem my experience, NO FANTA. My poor beautiful mother tried to get bacon in her sub, NO BACON. Honestly just an evil corporation to say the least. If I could give this 0 stars I would, but I cannot. So I must give this 1 star

I ordered 2 sandwiches through the Subway app for delivery on Friday NOV 24, 2023 at 7:38PM for $28.72. The app was showing order receive. Then the app after a bit showed preparing. After a few seconds it showed order had been cancelled. My daughter's card was charged and was not given a refund. I tried calling the store for over 10 minutes just to get a message that a voice mailbox has not been set up. I tried calling the next day with the same issue. Got an email for a survey and I filled it out and got a form letter from what was supposed to be the owner of this restaurant and come to find out that he is not the owner of this location. My daughter went into the location on Nov 26 and spoke to Joanie and she stated to speak to Jenny the next day. We went at 9 am this morning Nov 27 and Jenny (the owner) stated since it was showing delivered through their app there was nothing she would do. She told us to contact DoorDash. She stated that maybe it was picked up and the Dasher kept it. I contacted DoorDash and there wasn't an order for Subway even showing in my history. She tried several different ways of looking the order up. So now my daughter is out approx $30 because the owner of this location is trying to blame everyone else.
