Literally the best restaurant experience I’ve had in a while in Casper, and I eat at them all. Hanna was truly awesome! Not only made a perfect sandwich, but was so much a pleasure while waiting on me. Amazing experience all the way around!

Yesterday was the worst ever. I said the kids sandwich was a kids meal two times, then asked for mine in a combo. I paid, and asked what drink our kid got, and got told that she didn’t charge me for a meal. Then tells the other person that she didn’t know, and all I said was mine was a combo. Which is a lie. So, I had to pay almost $4 just for a drink and bag of chips. Screw their customer service! Our daughter also wanted the cheese bread, but that isn’t allowed. What a joke. My bread was hard as well.

I have always loved Subway. But the new ordering screen at the drive thru is ridiculously out of calibration. An inch, maybe more. Just ordering one sandwich took more than five minutes. If you want Chipotle sauce, it takes you to the next screen. But the next screen arrow is an inch or more away. It took about 20 pokes on the next / continue square before it finally worked. So, as much as I love the sandwiches, the lack of customer service when placing an order, the lack of customer service when the touch screen is out of calibration, the help button doesn't work. As long as Subway continue to use touch screen ordering with zero customer service, I will NOT be back. From start to finish, 20 minutes, for one 6" sandwich. Time to find a new sub shop, that has humans helping you. Adios, Subway. You're out !!!!

I ordered a rotisserie style chicken with various amounts of vegetables. I ordered light yellow peppers and light onions and this is how many yellow pepper they gave me, by anyone else's standard they gave me extra. They did not follow my online order, made it incorrectly, and it was ready five minutes after the order ready by time I was given.
The girls working at this subway last night around 6:00pm were AMAZING. We came in and they greeted us while they were all cleaning the tables, counters, chairs, and booths. The girls behind the counter made us three great sandwiches! Their card machine had been having a little malfunction and they all handled it very professionally and quickly!! We will definitely be back!!

The manager or whoever was the toothless old lady gives attitude. Sandwiches are soggy if you don’t eat it right away. Super slow service even if 3 people are working. Ya want subway? Go inside Walmart—major difference.

I'm a delivery driver. I went in to pick up an order at 2711 Cy AveCasper, WY 82604, USA and the Lady was rude, she said if the food wasn't on the shelf then I'm at the wrong place, I pulled up the address and it was correct. the other lady grabbed the bag put the chips in it and set it on the shelf.
