Missing a taco in every box we got.No straws or silverware. Placed order on line. Drive through staff insisted I ordered from the wrong store saying they have looked everywhere they can, I left the drive through, immediately go inside and there is my food sitting on a rack. And no employees near the front. If there was more then one order, I could have just taken all the food for my trouble

Omg this place is now my family's favorite.. we used to like Wendy's ..Taco Bell is way better and the best in town esp CY Ave branch.. the people who works there are super nice very friendly and respectful .. I had to ask their names .. Nate and Thalen and also Adelide I hope I get their names correctly if not I apologize... I'm a cute old lady ?.. you know I'm getting old to remember stuff! But what I can remember is that these employees need to be commended for the good job they're rendering to Taco Bell. They do care that's for sure! Taco Bell's BAJA BLAST is definitely a blast, I believe this drink is one of the best that Taco Bell ever created ??... omg we love Baja Blast.. thank you Taco Bell for giving us this delicious tasty awesome soft drink!!! Best Flavor Ever!!! And Best Employees you guys got over there!!!

I don't want to one star the place but they have turned off their online ordering so 1. I can't order with the app and 2. can't use any of the app discounts. When I called to talk to them they didn't know if their online ordering was on or off and told me to call app support (there is no phone support for the app).
