I was just at Taco Johns on C.Y. And ordered a cheese quesadilla and look at the mess they served me. It’s a simple tortilla.

Super Potatoe Ole Platters.... ??? I couldn't return this unless I dug through the lobbies trash for my recipe. They told me to take my food and smiled in my face almost like they were taunting me to do something outlandish. $18 and they lost a customer forever. I'll be posting this to every social media group in the Casper area.

The super burrito combo costs $10.14 for a relatively small burrito, some chips, and a drink? What a rip! I didn’t even get nacho cheese to go with my chips, the salsa bar was closed down, and the provided extra hot salsa tasted like chopped up jalapeños with virtually no seasoning added. The burrito at least tasted okay, but only on par with Taco Bell, which isn’t saying much. This was my first and last experience with Taco John’s. Super disappointed.

The most horrible experience nightmarish disgusting unsanitary fast food restaurant I've ever eat at in 40 years. As I wrap my burrito and took my first bite I noticed I had something in my mouth that was not food attached photo of the sticker that was in the middle of my burrito. Called immediately to resolve the issue manager LAUGHED at me hung & up on me. Had my wife call back to get the manager's name and a different person answered and said he was the manager so I guess everyone is a manager @ taco John's on the same shift.... SMH- ALSO requested to get franchise owner contact info and I was hung up on again so.....(SHOUT OUT TO Lindsay Stillwell franchise owner if you see this review feel free to let me know on this review how to contact you since the general manager hung up on me as well when I requested your information. Wow what a Manager "ELLEN" you are NOT?" , HA I'D FIRE YOU ( if it were up to me). I will never eat at this location again and I will always strongly recommend any of my friends and family to never eat at this restaurant ever again.... Dissatisfied disappointed and now I'm not going to be quiet until this situation is resolved professionally and respectfully! ?

honestly, taco johns use to be my favorite fast food place, however EVERYTIME i have gone i specifically ask for no onions on my bean burrito, and there’s always onions. It happens at Plaza Dr and CY ave all the time.
