My husband and I love dining at the delightful Bluebird restaurant! The home cooked food is always delicious and the service is top notch. I’d say - definitely one of the best places to eat in Casper! I had the Salmon Egg Benedict and my husband had a yummy omelette ~ both dishes were delicious!

I came in with some friends and my fiancee. First time eating here, service was wonderful, I didn't know what to expect, being a cook of almost 10 years I can be a little nitpickie but... the food was absolutely amazing. I couldn't put down my fork, my fiancee told me to breath a couple times because of how quick I was eating this delicious food10 out of 10

Food was fresh and delicious. Terry, our waitress was friendly and efficient . The omelet was light and fluffy, pancake was light and fluffy with real butter and real maple syrup. The decor and ambiance was very pleasing and comfortable . The only complaint would be that ketchup and maple syrup were served in disposable plastic containers with lids. I suggest using permanent or large containers (I.e. the entire ketchup bottle, a syrup dispenser) instead of each customer contributing to the local landfill. Also - the name of the restaurant is noted as The Cheese Barrel when it's actually The Bluebird .
I loved the pile of shaved ham vs. the typical thick-cut you get on the Eggs Benedict! I had it delivered and it was delicious. Pretty prompt cooking, which was immensely appreciated. ? Looking forward to coming in and trying their other stuff even more fresh than what I had.

Great breakfast place! First time here, it was Saturday but not as busy as we expected, we got quickly sat and served waters. The interior is cafe like and cozy, the menu has many creative items, not super cheap nor overly expensive. Everything was on point, food was great and tasty, portions generous and served with smiles!
