Down to earth servers and chefs who create notable recipes. If lasagna is offered, it's awesome. The breakfast green Chile is wonderful.

Limited winter menu does not begin to resemble the published menu. Nothing edible at all. Bartender waiting tables rushed us to order or go. Extremely

Hotel is really run down and dirty!! The carpet was so dirty in the room I didn't want to remove my shoes! The carpet in the hall was so wrinkled you had to watch how you walked to keep from tripping on it. The overall feeling is not good!

We had a lovely stay in a one night stopover on way back to Denver. Clean spacious room. Nice quiet swimming pool. Staff were friendly. We ate in the restaurant, they were out of most of the menu but did the job nicely. Would recommend for a short stay

Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a conference being held there. All of the staff I interacted with were super friendly. The hotel is definitely worn down but relatively clean. And the beds are very firm. They are slated for a remodel in 2024 which should be great! The food served at the conference was very good.

Very nice and reasonable option for dinner in Casper. Yes, it is inside the Hilton Garden Inn. They have a limited menu that is decently prepared, along with a full bar. Our server, Daniella, was fantastic! Friendly, helpful, and attentive. Absolutely recommend giving it a try.

Hotel restaurant. Got wings to go. 12 wings for $15. Good price with a $10 off coupon for staying in the hotel. Total $5.75. Travel on a budget!

They do a nice job here. They are a bit spendy, but do well. It is conveniently located.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was top notch, and the facility was clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again - we highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn at Casper!

My mom and I stayed here for one night in our journey to Montana. We had to ask for a handicap room after being put in a normal room, even though all or emails said it was an accessible reservation. Nice room once we were in correct one, and very spacious. The halls carpets were very worn and tripping hazard for my mom with walker. Went to the pool after dinner and really enjoyed our swim and sitting in hot tub! My brother had bought us breakfast vouchers and it was a really good buffet breakfast, but it should be included with room price. First hotel we've had to pay for breakfast separate.

Our family stayed here after a disappointing night at a different hotel. We stayed 3 nights and the staff were professional, friendly and always helpful. The accommodations are a little outdated but were very clean! I understand they are updating in the next year. This will be my go to from now on.

What a disappointment, as we've usually had good experiences at Hilton's Garden Inns. This was not. The first indication was the lack of interest from the individual at check-in. Then, walking down the hallway on the second floor on carpeting that had large, trip hazard, wrinkles all along the corridor. Upon entering our room, we noticed there were no plastic cups or an ice bucket or plastic bags in the trash cans. The front desk individual was unable to locate any plastic cups and remarked that she was unaware of any carpet issues in the hallway. She did say, and there were pictures on the wall, that the property was being remodeled in 2024. This was the most poorly kept property on our ten day trip and the only one that didn't include a free breakfast (at the same price as the other properties). I won't stop staying at Hiltons, but I won't stay at this one again.

Check in was good The place is in dire need of refurbishment which looks like it is planned within the next few years based on the tag board signs in the lobby. The good: -Water pressure in the showers was world class outstanding and for which sea shanties should be written. -I was neither molested nor robbed during my stay. -it’s close to the Pioneer Trails Center. The Bad: -For Diamond Status I got a very noisy room across from the pool and gym and close to the lobby where each evening loud and wobbly carts would wheel through and slam door incessantly. -Asked for daily housekeeping which only happened once in three days and included a pile of new towels plopped on the sink and nothing else. -Nasty mystery spill under the sink(see photo) which was with me all week. I named it Luther the Living Organism which brought me some comfort. Kind of had it with hotels that have zero regard for frequent guests and charge more than ever with services far below pre pandemic.

The food wasn't bad for a hotel. I ordered a double burger medium. I got medium if you average the 2 patties. One was well and the other was almost raw. Flavor was fine, could use some seasoning. Ordered steak Caesar to start but they didn't have the steak part "ever" according to the server. Server was very friendly and attentive. If you are in the local hotels, it is worth a try.
