After moving back to Casper after 25 years away in New Orleans, it's nice to be able to purchase a Frosty instead of hearing "Our machine is broken" and also actually getting what I ordered and having it be hot. I boycotted Wendy's in New Orleans for years, after once receiving a cold burger. Not just cool but cold. New Orleans fast food workers are the worst. So, the fact that I'm willing to eat at Wendy's again is because of Casper. Go inside and get your go order, the drive-through line is always ridiculous.

The person that took our order was sorta rude, my daughter had to tell her her order twice cause she only want ketchup mayo and extra cheese. And the girl said that come s on it , and my daughter said again she didn't want all that

First of all we had to use Kiosk because the lady standing there ignored us. Second I ordered a $6 biggie chicken BLT bag. On the second bite of my sandwich there was a long black hair in my food. I almost vomited all over the lobby. I went to counter and showed them and the lady who first ignored us said there isn’t anyone here with long black hair so I don’t know what to tell you. I told her my hair is blond and my friend has brown this hair is black. Once again she said I don’t know what to tell you there is no one here with long black hair. She wouldn’t even look at it. Long as in 6-8 inches. I throw my food away now I get to go back to work without food. 30 seconds later a male walked out of the employee door with black hair that was about the same length. His hair was a mess and not being held down by a hat, visor , or hair net. I am so upset I may never come back. My coworker and I come to this Wendy’s almost 5 days a week for lunch.
