Delicious BBQ and fantastic customer service. Really happy to have an authentic slow-cooked BBQ food truck like this available in the winter in Wyoming.

Ribs were so tender and delicious; the best I have had in town!!! The brisket was inedible. Overcooked, dry and downright nasty. My co-worker had pulled pork, same thing, dry, overcooked & awful. If you are going, get the ribs. I would not recommend anything else. The guy is super friendly and nice!

I can't get enough of this delicious Food. The pulled pork sandwich and ribs is amazing and now I have a couple new favorites. You gotta try the smothered pork chop or the smothered chicken. Get the baked beans sweet smoky flavor keeps you coming back. Brisket is a hit geit before it runs out. Put in an order for your party and catering. Hoss is the boss

Hands down best BBQ in Cheyenne. Brisket, ribs, chicken leg and links are all fantastic. All juicy and flavorful and not a lot of smoke at all. Nicest and friendliest dude you'll ever meet. Can't wait to try the beef ribs too!
