It seems to be pretty difficult to find 5 star fast food restaurants these days but this BK definitely RULES! I thought I was going to be in a Burger King commercial the way Ryan made my Eggnormous Burrito! He did such a wonderful job I told him he was Employee of the Year in my book and of course asked his name for this review! I don't really give 5 Stars on my reviews but these guys working this morning deserve it!

I went in on December 18 2023. The Texas Whopper I ordered was good, but the fries were kind of cold and the Coca-Cola was a little flat. The people were nice, but the restaurant also wasn't real comfortable. But I've definitely been in worse restaurants. It was an ok place.

I highly suggest all the people who left bad reviews call corporate and stop coming here to eat so it can die they don’t deserve our hard earn money and you don’t deserve to waste your time. I’ve been a long time fan of Burger King I’ve always chosen Burger King over any other fast food place that’s my preference but after tonight’s experience I will no longer be buying food from any Burger King in town as they all have horrible service and the food taste like it’s old, I got 3 burgers and all the patties were stale af. The fries and onion rings weren’t even fresh they were sitting in the food warmer in a tub and god know how long they’ve been sitting there. Just got McDonald’s you won’t waste your money on food that’s not even edible. I throw my food out and didn’t even eat it and the store isn’t even willing to give me my money back another reason I’ll never come back

Tonite I went to Burger King and Donna was a manager there. She was very nice very polite. I will be going back there again because of her got us our food so fast the food was hot and fresh and amazing will go back again thanks Donna for making me have a good

Haven't been to a Burger King in 10 years because of this Burger King. I figured I would try it again. That's probably the last time I will ever go to BurgerKing. What a failure.
I'm pleased to say that I had an excellent burger from this location today! It was a Double Whopper with cheese, no mayo, add mustard and extra onions. They got all of the customizations correct and it honestly tasted like a really good classic burger you'd make at home on the grill, with all the fixins! The frys were alright, a few were a little firm inside still. Nuggets were typical for BK, not terrible, not amazing but for $2.50 for 8, who can complain? But man, I love when I get a burger from a fast food place that tastes like it's supposed to (sad we have to worry about that these days).The employees are nice. The outside of this location leaves much to be desired, trash strewn about, which is to be expected I suppose since it's right off the highway and next to a gas station. But the awesome Whopper makes up for that in my opinion.

After ordering on the app, I waited at the counter for over 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged. My food had been ready and waiting when I arrived, but I was completely ignored. Apparently, the drive thru takes precedence over people waiting inside the store.

We did a mobile order during breakfast hours,when we arrived to pick up it was a few minutes past breakfast hours and we were told they no longer served breakfast. I explained when we placed the order it was within the time frame and the order was paid for. After waiting a few minutes we were told to pull forward. The window cashier was extremely rude. When we received the order the breakfast sandwiches looked as though they were thrown together by leftover burnt breakfast items. The sausage on the double sausage biscuit sandwich was practically burnt. We also ordered 2 frozen Fanta drinks that were filled only half full. After consuming only half of his meal my son is now not feeling well. The customer service and quality today was extremely unacceptable! We frequent this store atleast once a week and after today I doubt they will see us again. Very very unsatisfied! Something should be done about he service and quality!!
