Tonight's experience really was appauling. I went in to order to-go; ten minutes to get to the ONE cashier they had working at 6 pm (prime time, why just one?).Their soda machine was broken.They came to my 25 minutes after ordering and said it would be 5 more minutes for the strips, but could swap those for nuggets, which I did, and left.Got home to find out they forget the wrap I ordered.I'll try them again if they see this and offer to make it right. Otherwise, never again.
I am a dasher picking up a customer's order.. NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED ME!!! I WAS IGNORED AS MANU OTHER DASHERS I HAVE ENCOUNTERED SAY THE SAME THING. DO NOT RECOMMEND. CRAPPIE SERVICE. LOUD ENVIRONMENT. RUDE STAFF!!!

I like me some chicken that has a secret ingredient that makes you crave it fortnightly as much as the other guy. This Franchise is a good one, the place is clean, the wait is low. I do get unsettled watching how much the franchisee micro manages everything, but whatever floats your boat.Kid-friendliness: There is a play place here

The clerk's taking drive through orders were great, however the wait time was more than I expected.
Spent $12 got minimal food, waited a half hour in the lobby, trash overflowing people have nowhere to stand there was about 17 people in the order line add another 15 people waiting for their
