We havent eaten here for a while. Last time very dissapointed. We were in Cheyenne and decided to try again, I must say before I go any further, I love the chips and salsa and thats the main reason we do go here. We now live in a smal town so Chilis isnt a big option for us, but in town so stopped. Got seated right away and placed order. Our server was amazing, she got our drinks and appetizer back really fast. My burgers were really good and not overcooked. I hate overcooked burgers. My wifes bacon ranch quesadillas was also good. The chips and salsa were amazing, even better than I remembered. This location has really improved.

Absolutely disgusting. The food was so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dogs. I mean it was so bad it should be illegal. The meat was old, the fries tasted like they’ve been sitting out for years. I’m appalled at how nasty it was. This isn’t ok. They’re going to make people severely sick. This place needs shut down.

Not bad not good food. I think chicken tenders were cooked in the morning and microwave when I arrived in afternoon. Service was good. I won't go back

My boyfriend and I went to Chili’s for a quick meal and it was awful. The service was awful. The server walked right by us multiple times without even greeting us. We were there for over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come greet us. We immediately put our food and drink order in when she finally came to see us. Never saw her again for the rest of the night. She was very inattentive. So we eat and try to get out of there. Still no sign of a server around so we go wait by their to-go station and as we are walking back there, the bartender looked at us, looked down, and walked away. We waited then went around to the bar only to find our server chatting with another server. She looked at us and didn’t say anything other than “check?” Nothing else. She was rude when we were checking out like we had interrupted a very important meeting. The food was gross too. The chips were greasy or oily or had some sort of substance on them that didn’t seem to belong there and the food was dry like it had been sitting under heat lamps for too long. Overall the staff was rude and uncaring and the food both looked and tasted like crap. The table was also dirty and there were crumbs all over the booth. Needless to say, we will not be coming back here again.

Sometimes when traveling you just want "predictable" food with predictable service, prices, and atmosphere- and Chili's offers this. No complaints with this location and provided what I needed with taste and service.
