Chloe made the best ice cream I've ever had for my child and I, and Jared's warmth and positive attitude was a joy to be around. Chloe made me an apple pie ice cream mix, I don't remember the name, and it exceeded my expectations. Real apple, pie crust crumbs, in a delicious waffle cone bowl. A large is enough to feed 2 hungry people. At Coldstone, they know ice cream. They must have gone to school and studied ice cream. I will be back to try every flavor.Edit: this place was very clean, service was quick. It was daytime!

Every time you come here it’s a long terrible wait not because they are busy because they are unorganized. They don’t prioritize they just make everyone wait would be a huge help with having some type of game plan to help things speed up and stay on track. Floors are always a mess and tables left unkept.

DoorDashing here is an absolute NIGHTMARE. If I ever get an order to pick up from there I WILL DENY the order. The workers were playing around and gossiping rather than working. Also, who lets their employees wear PJs to work? It’s a joke of an establishment.

Ordered a birthday cake for pick up and verified the time that I was going to pick it up. When I went to go pick up the cake, the store was closed and no one answered the phone. Thank you for ruining a Birthday Cold Stone of Cheyenne. You will no longer be receiving my business or my friends and family’s business.

Came here to try the place out after hearing awesome stuff about it, the customer service was the best part of my visit, the employees were very kind. The classic cookie dough with sugar sprinkles is my favorite. Overall, thanks to the amazing staff for making it an awesome experience for me!❤️???
Add ons are too expensive for them not to actually put the extra toppings. Will not order again unless they put the premade cakes back on doordash as that’s the one thing they don’t mess up.

The drinking fountain was broken and the mix-ins weren't broken up much so the chunks were too big. Otherwise acceptable.

We went in and weren't greeted after standing for a while. This would have been fine if all the employees were busy, but instead two young gentlemen were working while a red haired girl and younger boy were mingling and joking back and forth. They did this the entire time we stood there until one of the other gentlemen walked up, apologized for the wait, and took care of us. The two others continued to laugh and seemed to be flirting back and forth with no regard to their job. I understand having teens working, but the lack of management/leadership on shift was obvious and frustrating. Zero customer service and work ethic out of those two, making the other two work harder. Terrible to see. Feel bad for the two carrying the team while the others had no regard/respect for customers or their fellow team mates.
