Wish I could give more than five stars. HUGE thank you to the manager for taking care of us tonight after a technical glitch! Thank you so much to the young man taking our order at the front counter too! I'll be back just because of those two. The food when we got home was delicious.

First time at Cheyenne Freddie’s - Valentine’s Day. ‘To go’ order because my Mother is 94 yo & can’t go out.Very disappointed: ordered a fish sandwich & grilled chicken club with extra onions. No onions on either sandwich - request was on the receipt. Fish batter was gummy, bun was falling apart. No napkins. Have heard the ice cream is good, but I won’t be going back for the food.Parking: Parking is good.

Staff are wonderful here. Restaurant is extremely clean. Food is excellent! We had a great welcoming from the lady (blonde/brown hair and pink phone case). She was continuously cleaning and asking to help people out. We saw a lot of staff helping each other out when customers came in. Top notch employees here. Owner is a great guy and should be proud of how great this establishment is being ran by his crew.

Decided to try this out due to reviews. One of the worst fast food places I’ve been too. Burgers were much smaller than pictures and unable to taste due to amount of bread. 80% of the burgers was bread. Fries were ok.

One of my new favorite places in town! Some of my family used to go to Denver for In-N-Out but the California steak burger is a much better burger than In-N-Out.Paired with cheese curds and it makes an amazing meal for $13 after tax.

They took about 20 minutes to get me my food, they were not busy at all, there was one vehicle in front of me. When I got home to eat it, I took 2 bites of my burger and then a piece of hair came across my tongue, I vomited it back up after pulling the hair out of my mouth. Would not eat any more. Did not call them because, they would have offer3d me a meal to replace the one I bought and after having that experience, no way did I want ANY food from there. I will not be going back anytime soon. I would give it a negative vote if I could. Do not recommend unless you like hair in your food.

Burgers and food has been fine, drive through experience was good the multiple times I've had it, I'm normally a huge fan of Freddy's and have driven to ft Collins to enjoy it on occasion. I was very excited to see our city for one! However- -First time I went in, I was with my mother. We were trying to dine in and the man that had been working the lobby in uniform had apparently "just clocked out" and sat down with his friends at a table in the middle of the establishment. To start, rules I've always learned about business... Don't discuss religion, politics or other especially hot takes when you are representing a company. On the clock or not. Not because I'm sensitive or anything, just didn't come here for that. If it was another customer table, meh. Wouldn't care. People are entitled to their opinions and I am very much "live and let be" for most things. The amount of loud proclamations about how "only this president is able to handle this country/let's go Brandon/kid sniffers/q anon level rhetoric" was unrelenting. I'm not saying this because I was offended at the nature of the conversation that we gently overheard and wanted to make a statement or pick a fight. It was really, just off putting and loud. This was loudly being stated at a volume that couldn't be ignored. We were trying to have our own discussions and couldn't hear each other clearly at times. We just wanted a burger and I wanted to talk with my mom, we didn't attend here to be subject to a what felt like a sermon. I don't care who you vote for, I really honestly just wanted to eat. We didn't say anything directly and left after a while after becoming uncomfortable and quite annoyed, and on the way out I politely spoke with a manager who was on the floor while my mom was in the car. As I was talking with them (the manager was very sweet and understanding and already knew the employee we spoke about and seemed to acknowledge the issue), one of the friends got up from the table, walked over to me and touched me on the shoulder and said "he's off the clock, he's a friend of ours. You don't need to talk to her." The employee still had their shirt on, served us just 5 min ago and had his headset (I think it was an official headset from Freddy's instead of headphones, I could be mistaken however) on still at the table. I mentioned that my mother left the establishment due to this and that irregardless of the situation, engaging in overly loud political views, no matter what side- isn't a comfortable environment for the public. I mentioned to his friend, who was now involved and escalating the situation that the employee was still wearing the shirt and representing the company either way to the public's eye. There were no signs he was off the clock and it... honestly should not matter. His friend then politely said, "Well, then don't look at the ****** shirt." And proceeded to laugh at me. I'm not owed any respect from strangers, and each is entitled to our own views but I didn't signify that with a response and had left immediately after. I don't believe it was wrong of us to walk out early. If that's the environment and those discussions are allowed from employees in a general dining area, I won't be going inside again. I don't believe they are, but it impacts my willingness to return either way. I understand a bad experience with a single employee doesn't represent a business, and the business isn't responsible for other patrons behaviors, but this was a seriously uncomfortable experience and I most likely won't be back in the lobby again. I hope this is something discussed with staff in the future so patrons can enjoy a reasonable and comfortable dining experience. I love Freddy's, but this was a poor way to represent a new chain in town.
