My friend and I wanted to try new restaurants while I was in town, and we were very pleased with this place! The food was excellent, and it didn't take long at all for our food to be brought to our table. The lady that greeted us and took our order was also very kind! We will be returning here in the future.

Late lunch (2pm) on a Tuesday. Not very busy at the time. We expected to get dried out leftovers. However, it was served within minutes, freshly made and wonderfully flavored! The only employee we saw was welcoming and purposeful, assuring a pleasant and quickly paced (but not rushed) lunch. Well done, Golden House!

My family decided last-minute to get Chinese takeout for dinner tonight. Since Golden House Chinese Restaurant was the only Chinese takeout place in Cheyenne I could find open on New Year's day 2024, they got our business. And let me tell ya, the food was delicious! We ordered appetizers & entrées, and all of it was fantastic! Thank you so much for being open on New Year's day. It was a great way to ring in the new year! Highly recommend this restaurant.Parking: Street parking was great. We got a spot right out front of the restaurant. Very convenient parking.

Interestingly, you now order at the counter and pay like a fast food place. Tip is made before any service. One person was working the restaurant and was so busy with phone orders that she never checked back with us for drink refills, go box etc. Food is very good!

I didn't provide any comments initially, but this came in an email: "Response from the ownerLarry, you stole our Uber order twice. The 3rd time you were here, you didn’t even ask us then Plugged your phone to our wall and made the whole wall out of power!"My response to the owner:How dare you accuse me of stealing orders? This is a blatantly false accusation. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. I most certainly did not plug my phone into anything.I demand you recant immediately with an apology, or face legal action accordingly.
