There aren't too many good places to eat in Cheyenne but this is hands down one of the best restaurants.Quality, authenticity with a gracious price. This is real food °~•.☆.•~°

Every time I go to Guadalajara I am greated with a friendly smile and warm welcome. The wait staff always remembers me from my previous visits and makes me feel at home. The chips and salsa is tasty and easy to fill up on. But, you shouldn't because the food portions are abundant and delicious! Also, their Cadillac Maragarita is good and strong! I try going there at least once a month!

Very authentic Mexican cuisine. Clean restaurant and restroom . Just FYI the light in bathroom turns off by itself! If no movement. I Staff is friendly and bilingual. The food had great taste full of flavor. I had Caldo de Res, and it was packed with meat. The chilie con queso was delicious. Family-friendly, kid friendly. I couldn't see how many parking spots there were it was covered in snow as it's snowing right now. Come and enjoy a very good meal here. $45.00 for 2 people and worth every penny!

Guadalajara on Dell Range Blvd. is our Friday night dinner spot. We have our favorite menu items, but enjoy absolutely every dish (and Margarita) we try. We are never disappointed. The atmosphere is amazing, the service is second to none and the food and drinks...DELICIOUS! We love the entire staff, but it feels more like you're with family than at a business.
