In my opinion Dominoes is much better, more consistent, and way less expensive. Mr Jim's is OK but I won't be going back anytime

We ate inside on “slice night” Wednesday. The young man serving us and at the front counter was very gracious and kind. The salad was really fresh and great! Pizza slices were fresh as well. Young man sent us home with dessert in a box.We now know our favorite style pizza and will be ordering that one for take out.Thank you for your hospitality.

I ordered a pizza and they charged me but never delivered. I called the Manager for a credit the next day. She stated she would look into it. I never heard back. Absolute worst customer service ever. I'll make a point of it to tell everyone I know about this rip off place and my experience. .

Ordered delivery and the pizza was awful. Ended up not being able to sleep for certain digestive reasons. First time I've ever had a pizza where there was no redeeming factor. Usually a crust may be good but not the sauce or toppings or vice versa. I ate one slice and threw away the rest of my over $20 expense.

I responded to them and have yet to hear back........tried again picked it up this time . The pizza definitely rocks we will be back
