Damien was extremely rude to customers today, Sunday, April 13, 2024. He glares at customers and laughs at them. He was extremely put out when I asked for fresh batch instead of the little that was left in the bowl. Afterward, he made me wait to check out. I finally had to tell him to please ring me up. He again glared at me and spoke nasty whether I wanted a drink. Darian should not be working with the public. This experience was horrible and he stood there laughing at me while I ate. Please address his behavior. It's very concerning.

Served us nasty food usually it's OK but today the food was old and mushy. Chicken didn't even taste like chicken the beef was soggy and was undercooked. Spent 30$ just to throw the food away! Large drink was just ice.

My uber eats order is cold and missing the drink mind you i called before it was picked up to make sure they had everything right!! I called them back and they said i would have to drive 20mins up there to get my drink and they wouldn't be able to replace the food what even is the point of ordering uber eats if i have to drive right back uo there because these people couldn't get the order right!! Not to mention them laughing about the situation.... complete airheads spent 50$ for nothing!

I was surprised after ordering. The costs has gone up. $1.40 more for any shrimp . Also any steak included with a portion is $1.40 more. That’s after you pay for a 2 entree plate. Then tacked on is separate on the receipt.

This store constantly gives tiny servings of food especially the seasame chicken , this is the only Panda Express I’ve been to that does this . It is not worth the money for the amount of food that you get.
