They openly admitted on the phone our pizza had been sitting there for over 20 minutes and was cold but they were sending it to use whenever a driver arrived knowing it was cold and they were not sure when someone would be picking it up.

Called to order and the person taking the order has very little understanding of English. It's not even a in store person anymore. Very disappointed in the lack of understanding of English. Sounds like a scammer line. And never had to give my entire card information to order pizza.

I totally give up on this place used to be one of the best places to get pizza in Cheyenne and as of yesterday I will not go here anymore. We ordered wings and pizza and let me tell you this is the third time we've ordered pizza here that was undercooked And watery like how does it even come out watery we opted out a delivery because it always takes so long so we went and picked it up ourselves. The man behind the counter was exceptionally rude, so I would not recommend Papa Johns if you actually are wanting to pay $50 for wings and pizza and expect to eat it.
There was a mixup with our order and another customers. Called the store and was instantly answered. The employee who answered the phone was so paitent and did everything she could to understand the situation. The store manager at the time, Kyle, was so apologetic and did whatever he could to make it right. Mistakes happen sometimes but I so appreciate the awesome customer service I recieved. Will definetely be back.

My only complaint is that every time I order pizza from this location the pizza crust is always RAW. They just need better QUALITY CONTROL before the pizza goes out.
